Stayed at the Westgate and because of the ‘outbreak’ in the Fresh this is where we had to eat breakfast. Customer service? Not really sure it exists in this place. Maybe it is because they are busy but nothing. The gentleman who took our drink order was looking over our heads scanning the room as if he lost something and then we had to repeat what we wanted. He then went to the next table got their order and came back to ours and had to check again on 2 waters and a coffee. For being in a casino the price is the price.

Terrible service... Waiters name was James. James had a terrible attitude. Food was extremely bland and disgusting. Will never eat there again. I am very disappointed since I am a Westgate owner.

This breakfast cafe is located at the Westgate casino. Sid's Cafe is actually named after the person who owns Westgate, whose name is Sid. I won't be biased just because of the awesome name of the place, but my experience at Sid's cafe was quite average. The decor in here is pretty nice. It has a vintage type of vibe to it. This is a nice place to use the backdrop for some photos. The food provided on the menu is your typical "diner" type food. They have breakfast food as well. The portions aren't too small at all. It took a long time for our drinks to be served and it even took even longer for our food to be served. The food and sandwiches are a little big expensive compared to what you get. If I did not have to wait so long, I would probably give this place a higher rating.

Excellent food and amazing service! Debra S was a phenomenal server and assisted us with our drinks even though she was not our server. Everyone has a great team effort and makes it a great experience!

Terrible service. Waitress was only by the table a total of 3 times. Never refilled my drink. Steak was way overcooked. I would highly recommend to eat elsewhere.

Awesome server, Juanita! Our waitress, Juanita, deserves recognition for her outstanding work. She always made sure our endless mimosas we're topped off and that we received our food in a very timely fashion. She was incredibly personable and made our visit to Sid's an awesome experience. We will be back! Thank you again for a great lunch and thank you for the best service I've ever had!

Came for dinner. Kids menu was read to us and we ordered spaghetti and grilled cheese and chicken soup. The soup was OK. Came with a hair on edge of plate. The grilled cheese arrived as grilled ham and cheese and to send it back. Kids spaghetti was too spicy for a child. Sent it back and traded for Mac and cheese thinking that was safe. It tasted like nacho cheese was used. Had a jalepano flavor. Had to send it back. They need to rethink their kid options to be more kid friendly.
