The food was good but I wouldn't really say it was great. The most delicious thing I ate was the Kobey Meat Ball off the appitizer. The rest of my food was kinda greasy including the lobster and seafood pasta. Was also really pricey for the quality of the entree's. Only good thing was the portion sizes of the entree's we're more that enough. Wine was also pricey for the brands and age. Not sure if im going back anytime soon.

Been to this place a handful of times. I’m done giving this place a chance. Food is not good at all. For the last time, we ordered the octopus. Weird flavor combination, too charred and extremely salty. For the last time, we ordered lamb and the fillet mignon medium rare. Both came out medium well, cold and extremely salty. Sautéed mushrooms came out burnt, cold and extremely salty. The waitress never came and asked how we were doing and if the food was good. When we did see the waitress again she gave us the bill and asked if we wanted to take the rest of our food home. She saw how much food we had left on our plates. We both said no with out any hesitation. Let me add that they were not busy at all. Our overall experience with this restaurant and for being there a handful of times. Not good at all. Food is not good and wait staff under trained. We still gave the waitress a good tip even though she was bad. Was not her fault the food Was bad. The Vine is the best restaurant at Del Lago Resort and casino. That’s not saying much.

Came on a Monday where it was Buy one get one entree free. Well worth it. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. My veal chop was cooked correctly as was my wife’s filet mignon.

Come home twice a year to visit the family and this is by far the best meal I have had with them. The honey butter and bread was amazing. The entrees were also fantastic and every one in my family loved their food. Def gonna ask the parental units to come back here. This was the first night of their new menu, my mom tore up her branzino. My Dad and brother had the lamb cooked perfectly. Staff was fantastic, waiter was super friendly and it was nice the manager checked in with us too. Would give 10 stars if I could. Below was the super tasty baked ziti!

I took my mom here during her visit to the fingerlakes. The ambience is upscale, but yet comfortable. My meal was very good. However the service was a little lacking. Three different wait staff during the course of dinner and some minor confusion on drink orders. Waitor took my check and credit card and never came back. On the way out I finally received my receipt from hostess. Overall good food but service was lackluster.

Ordering food from waiter was more difficult than it should have been. Basket of rolls was good. Parts of both fried appetizer and the lamb that I had were both undercooked and inedible, though. Risotto was over buttered for me. My wife didn't care for her Caesar salad. Her short ribs were nothing special. A very disappointing experience overall. My wife and I won't be back.

More impressed than the last time I dined here. Drinks were good, decent wine list, and it matches the theme of the menu. Service was excellent. Italian food was very good. I was pleasantly surprised.

Service was exemplary, they were great at answering questions, getting food out quickly and refilling drinks often. Celebrating a special event there was perfect. The food however, was less exciting. The truffle flavors were excessive and everything would have been better without it. The prime rib was amazing, there's nothing negative to say about that. They used the same rolls for each course, baked, fried, rolled in cinnamon and filled with nutella, which took away from it to keep having the same thing. The sausage mac and cheese had not one actual piece of sausage in it. Overall, just an average dinner.

The food was fantastic and the service wonderful however our bill we signed and specifically wrote cash for gratuity ($20 for $93 bill). The original bill didn't include gratuity so we left cash. The bill we signed didn't list gratuity either. The total posted to the credit card was 112. Unfortunately my fiance left the receipt in the room so we requested a copy that took several attempts to get after the first request was never recieved. The copy they sent shows a $20 tip being added to the total which is completely wrong to do. That is not what was signed for so now we have to dispute this with the bank to get our $20 back. They didn't provide us with the original signed copy that shows we wrote cash on the gratuity line either. To go through such a hassle over dishonesty from a fine dining restaurant is completely disappointing and as a result I recommend future guests to use cash.
