The service was wonderful. Prompt and friendly. The beef tenderloin was perfectly cooked. The chef is definitely a true artist in cooking. Creme brule was the best I ever had.

Steak was rather cold. Between appetizers and main course we have waited for at least an hour. Hard to reserve a table at this place but we have seen lots of empty tables when we were there. I don't think we will be coming back.

While writing this, my family and I are still waiting for a waiter after sitting here for more than 15 minutes. For starters, the service is terrible. I waited here for about an hour for a damn table. We made our reservation at 9 pm. And the man at the first desk said "10-15 more minutes" Despite all that we asked for a table for "5" people. After sitting at the bench outside the man called us. My aunt invited one of her friends and we asked if we could have a table for 6. And you know what the man said "we don't have that, we have tables for four." May I remind everyone that we reserved for 5 people and they only had tables for four. Terrible. I've ate here before too. Many waiters are rude and feel like they don't care.

Didnt have a chance to try the food because we ended up leaving 5 mimutes into our experience. Our server obviously didnt want to be there. We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday, and ended up eating wimgs down the hall instead. We left because we didnt want to sit and listen to our nameless server rant about his political views to the party next to us. Never a name, never a menu explanation, and even the next table was looking over, feeling awkward. This is not fine dining!!!! The management needs to learn what an appropriate dinning experience truely is.......

This was our place to celebrate our anniversary every year for probably 4-5 years in a row. the food was great, menu could be a bit more expansive and indulge in the First Nations culinary delights-but still good-but always the same, it was okay since we only went there for our anniversary. However the wait staff and staff in general were so cold and clearly had other things to do than take the time to be polite or even smile if you asked them a question or walked by them. we haven't been in years because of the constant lack of service. The voucher patrons always got the staffs attention...probably because they are dropping $$ at the casino. As a paying customer, i do expect better service from a place that is considered fine dining.
