Went today after seeing the Steve Harvey episode. Ordered 2 polish boys, tenders and 2 slices of cake. Very disappointed. The polish boys seemed over cooked and the fries were cold and rubbery. She told me there would be a 7 minute wait on the tenders because they were being cooked. Tenders were so hard my daughter could hardly eat them, we just threw them away. The cake was the best thing. Definitely won't be going back smh

I love this place! Even though whenever I visit there's never any banana pudding. There's variations in the wing sizes. New location is spacious. They have been around since I was little and I will continue to visit.

Phone my orders was told it would be ready in 15 min. my fave them name but them my husband will come to p/u. We waited 30 min. for the young man to give him first the wrong order then ask my husband what did he order after they waited on several orders that came in well after him placing orders, then took the wrong order throw it and told the cook to scrap this order its wrong after told him what I ordered he brought it to me I told him from the beginning it was separate orders could he put it in separate bags,he brought the orders to the counter didn't bag it when I ask was he going to bag my purchase he brought me the bag and threw it on the counter like he did the food. I request the manager and my money back I don't pay for bad customer services and management as well. Been coming to B&M for years never have I received such terrible service and I won't again and from what I'm reading in your reviews you need to listen because your employees are terrible walking around with do-rags, underwear showing, and representing your establishment. 🙏🙏

Just left Miles location 1 hour ago. Shoulder sandwich was dry with hard meat as well. Hardly any sauce, which tasted largely of tomato sauce. Lemon pound cake was excellent. Even texture, buttery, with zest in the frosting. Their polish boys I've had more than twice and all were hard ?old?. Slaw and bread were fine. Note that the 2 pieces of foil on sandwich today were VERY reused. This facility has disappointed me often. The Oakwood, and Lee Rd. stores I have no complaints about.

I paid 6 dollars for a WONDER BREAD pulled PORK sandwich. Its soggy no where in the description was is said it came with slaw in it. I want my money back this is GARBAGE

Why even bother listing why u gave 1 Star? The individual responding to these complaints is starting to damage this establishments reputation.. Such a shame, that a family run place that’s been around since the 1950s, and was built off hard work, excellent food and the customer! Could allow a series of such unprofessional, disrespectful, unprecedented responses to their own customers reviews... To the responder.. You are embarrassing this restaurant and the founders who busted their tails creating this once fine establishment.

Was not particularly satisfied with the food. We had breakfast 😑😑. But the bbq chicken dinners I've had in the past were pretty good. The people were very pleasant and kind , we liked that. It makes me want to come back but for dinner next time.👌👌😊.

Let me start off by saying that I'm extremely disappointed in my recent experience at the North Randall location. On 12/03/17 my Men's Group whom meets once a month to discuss various community topics on a local and national level met at this location at 9am. Each month we select a new place (preferably minority owned) in an effort to support small businesses and also help to drive additional business to their locations. With that being said, they were completely ill prepared to take on our large party of 8 men. Issue #1; There were only two staff members on duty -- obviously not enough staff to adquately run a full-service restaurant. Issue #2; The plates were served one by one, 10 minutes apart thereby the food was cold and caused for a very unpleasant dinning experience. Issue#3; The owner did eventually arrive around 11:40 am at which time we were preparing to leave. At no time did he acknowledge our presence, apologize for the wait, service, and poor quality of the food. Overall, I would suggest that this operation is best suited for carryout only as they do not demonstrate the ability and or professionalism for full-service dinning. As a result, we would NOT recommend this location until several adjustments are made across service and leadership.
