I recently dropped my billfold at this place. The great security staff at Win Star found it within a hour. I appreciate their efforts. They said one of the employees picked it up and was holding it. That was 4 days ago. There have been 7 attempts to use my credit card by these unscrupulous people. I have had to cancel it and get a new one. If you have to eat there (which I don't recommend) pay cash. Don't let them see your credit card.

As an Englishman this fish and chips were quite good, only thing is their fries need to be thicker, like english ones are and they need to do mushy peas with the fish and chips. But well worth a visit....😁😁😁😁😁

This place use to be AMAZING!!! now.. Its the worst. Small portions they dont even tell you they charge for extra sauce they just do it. Literally a 1ounce cup of bbq for 50 cents. No, its not much but the fact they didnt even tell us made me mad. Then wheen the lady brought our food i told my husband that i wanted our money back and she wouldnt let my husband up and kept asking why. Never again. Only reason we went was because we stayed in the hotel and they gave us a coupon. They raised their prices made their food smaller and their service terrible.

this casino was a great experience until my husband and I decided to eat at the chips n ales.
The night staff was very unsanitary, very disorganized, disrespectful to customers.
Our food was cold by the time we received it.
So we spoke to management and all they could say was sorry but this is how our food is being served at this time .
unbelievable how customers are spoke too.
I would not eat here ever again and thanks to them we will not be back to this casino because no one was willing to help our listen to our concerns.

The fish, shrimp, and chicken are all absolutely amazing! The only downside is that their french fries are horrible. They are super greasy, soggy, and mushy. It sucks when half your plate has this soggy mess that's basically if french fries tried to be spaghetti. The staff is nice and the other items are good so I'd go back for that.

Nothing special. Cheap ingredients, plain food, bad service. They didn't bring our food the first time made. the lady who was delivering the food to the tables walked around with our food and didn't bother to ask if it was ours. We asked her if that was ours and she said no. Even looked at our receipt. Took it back to the Kitchen and after 20 minutes had gone by we asked someone else and they said that that was our food but it was already cold so they made us new ones. it took another 15 minutes to get our food. They didn't offer to come for me or anything. We asked them if they were going to do something for making us wait so long for a food and they said that the best they can do is bring a dessert which was awful. Coleslaw was nasty too. Burger needed seasonings, cod was cheap quality.
