We stayed on the RV park and we're pleasantly surprised. It was quiet, the restaurant food was tasty and we'll priced and the shower house was very clean and inviting. We would stay again if we ever find ourselves in the area again.

Visited on 7/3. Really busy. Reason? Free concert then fireworks to follow. The Eagles. I think they're music not the group. Great buffet supper. Friendly staff and all we met seemed quite pleasant. On vacation but would go back.

Drove all day specifically aiming for this casino for their Prime Rib buffet special, but they want to seat me at a 1 chair table facing a table of 12 people, and the empty tables are reserved for parties of 2 or more. I get better service at McDonald's. If I could I wouldn't give you a single star.

It's an oasis in a real desert. Rooms were renovated to a quality matching big city standards without the expense of parking. Staffing and housekeeping maintains the quality of the visit. Daily specials are "say what" prices and the quantity of crab legs buffet special leaves the impression that the ocean is the next county away. Remember to visit Four Corners before heading back home.

The campground was OK decent sites. I guess for being in the middle of nowhere the casino is OK.. Personally I wouldn't walk across the street to go to this casino. The casino is on a par with Atlantic City the only difference is they only had a 1/2 a dozen Game tables. They had every kind of slot that you could think of . No alcohol which is fine with me. The even had a small room For the Non smokers.

Comfortable place to stay. Coffee in the rooms makes early morning meetings easier! Loved the succulents in the room. They're faux but the greenery adds to the ambiance.

Comp will not even be discussed if you can even reach them by phone unless you have a platinumcard or better in which your level of card is only evaluated quarterly regardless of play. I gamble very avidly, never having a problem with comps on food or stay but players club at Ute Mountain is not polite and always acted as if they have much more important dealings to take care of than mine. Though there is an older native lady that's employed as a janitorial associate that if I could recall her name I would praise her and her kindness to players, she is great. Good luck on comp I hope your time is not wasted

This is a decent casino for a small casino. Not a lot of table games. Staff was friendly and helpful. All you can eat buffet was pretty average for a casino, but selection was small. Very few desert options.

The smell in the casino is unbelievable, it lingers throughout the lobby and hallways, like a mixture of wet dog and stale ashtrays. Standing in line at the restaurant you will gag from all the cigarette smoke. My room was nice, buffet not bad, great salad bar, ham steak for breakfast was good, steak fajitas very good plenty of sides but only 3 tiny tortillas and extras are .50 cents each, that really pissed me off. Room prices went up a lot from last time I was here and now they charge $100 security deposit. This is the last time I ever get a room here.

The service at the restaurant was great. Food was reasonably priced. Everything tasted yummy. Nice walk for truck drivers also. Great gambling even if you lose.
