Symphony of the Seas

Great Ship, Lots of activities, Casino Way to Smoky!
I loved just about everything about the ship. The activities were boundless and the kids enjoyed it immensely. The service was top notch. The employees friendly and enjoyed serving cruisers. The Casino host Rean was the best casino host we have ever had in 30 cruises. She was attentive, always on the floor greeting people. Couldn't do anything about the smoke which was horrendous - worst of any casino we have ever been in - maybe the ship venitlation that didn't draw the smoke up and out? All in all though, we enjoyed it enough that we booked two more cruises on our last night with the certifcates we were given. Waiter Silvu in Coastal Kitchen remembered everything from every meal that we liked best and was ready with it, even to the point of preparing some special Spaghetti Bolognese when I said it was my favorite on a previous Celebrity cruise.

Symphony of the Seas January 21, 2023
We had a wonderful time on Symphony of the Seas. It is a beautiful ship with a great staff who provide wonderful customer service. It has the largest casino we've been on a cruise and some great slots. The slots were pretty generous compared to other ships. We can't wait to cruise on her again. Coco Cay was perfect!

Symphony of the seas 50th anniversary cruise
I didn't know when booking that it was 50th anniversary cruise. It was nicely done. Each night presents were left, a beach towel, small blanket, hat, hairspray (used in onboard show Hairspray), etc. The last night they had fireworks. CocoCay is very nice. I didn't go the waterpark. Several nice beaches, pool. The ship is similar to all oasis class. A few added extras such as the 10 story ultimate abyss dry slide, which was too scary for me. Never felt crowded, always able to find a chair near any pool. The water show Hiro was excellent. Very professional. I had an expanded inside cabin and it was plenty big, even had a couch. Staff was great. An excellent ship and trip.

Symphony of the Seas

Overall Amazing...
Symphony is a beautiful ship and has some of the friendliest employees on her.. We had a great time and would probably sail her again BUT, and of course it could just have been the week we were on her, the slots were HORRIBLE....TERRIBLE... saw very little hand pays.. As info, the Casino Host doesn't announce hand pays.. it pops up quickly on the slot machine you're playing... "Douglas just won a $1200 jackpot" or something like that... While the casino is a nice size, it was also very crowded and yes, the smoke was awful... Being in a wheelchair or using a walker this week, the casino is not handicap friendly at all.. Very narrow aisle and some there was no way I could even make it down some aisle... But I had a great time and totally looking forward to booking another Royal cruise... And yup, even on the 4 day I was able to obtain another free cruise certificate...
