Station Casinos Boarding Pass loyalty program has reached a new milestone leveling up to cater their customers with more rewarding features. Card-carrying customers will now be able to earn points on gaming AND money spent on nongaming amenities under the new My Rewards Program.
Staci Alonso the executive vice president of innovation and administration for Station said that the new Rewards Program will recognize all locations and things that their guest do when they come to any Station property. “What makes it special is that it recognizes all of the choices that you have every time you come to a Station Casinos property.” Alonso said.
For several years, the Station’s My Rewards concept has been under review, with the help of technological advancement and acquisition of the Palms, they think that it is the right time to make a switch.
The new loyalty program stems from talking with guests over the years and listening to their suggestions to build a loyalty program they will truly enjoy. As we all know casino’s loyalty programs are helpful for getting special offers through the mail as well as URComped’s My Offers portal.
Now, under My Rewards, players will be able to collect points on Table Games, Buffet purchases, Restaurant Purchases, Beverage Purchases, Hotel Stays, Bowling, Spa, and Ice Skating. Basically everything you do while within a Station Casino gets you points that you can redeem.
Cards will be accepted at any of the company’s Fiesta- or Wildfire-branded casinos so does with the Station-managed tribal properties located in Michigan and California and are expected to be accepted when the company expands Reno. The 84,000 square-foot property on 8 acres Reno-Sparks Convention Center currently has no construction timetable which was first announced in July.
