Virgin Voyages is a brand new modern luxury cruise line that is not only ALL-INCLUSIVE (gratuities, wifi, dining, and basic beverages onboard), but it is also Adults only (18+)! EVERYTHING is all-inclusive on the ship EXCEPT alcohol. Virgin Voyages DOES NOT sell drink packages so all drinks are a la carte except for the comp drinks in the casino (if you qualify). This tech-savvy ship does not use "Sea Pass" cards like traditional ships, but instead uses wrist wearables that do it all! Wave your wrist wearable at any iPad on the ship and instantly access dinner reservations, showtimes, events and more.

The ship's headcount is around 2800, making it in comparison to the size of a Celebrity Cruise Line ship like the Celebrity Equinox. All Cabins are on decks 8-14 for easy access to all the amenities on the upper decks

Virgin Voyages Sailings: 

Every itinerary includes a stop in the brand new custom port in Bimini Island, Bahamas. This is the first and only cruise line to stop in Bimini where they have their own private Bimini Beach Club for Virgin Voyages passengers. It is fabulous! The casino will open at 10 pm the day that the ship is at Bimini Port. Itineraries are 4-5 nights sailing out of Miami but back to back reservations are an option and highly recommended! Each back to back sailing will be different, so you'll get to experience even more on a 9 NT cruise!

Virgin Voyages Itineraries:

The Fire and Sunset Soirees Cruise is a plethora of sunsets, lights, parties, surprises and more! This 4-Night sailing leaves from Miami to the gorgeous city of Key West. You'll have from 8 am to 7 pm to explore shops on Duvall street, visit Mallory square, or enjoy a day at the beach. Virgin Voyages is the only cruise line to currently port at Bimini! The next day you'll have from 10 am to midnight to spend at The Beach Club at Bimini, Bahamas- complete with a fun-filled bonfire bash under the stars. Then enjoy a fabulous day at sea until returning to Miami.

The 5-Night Riviera Maya Cruise sails to one of the most enjoyed destinations in the Caribbean... Cozumel, Mexico! This is an island with endless activities. From incredible snorkeling experiences, horseback riding on the beach, or incredible shopping and restaurants, this port has it all. Then journey to Bimini, the Bahamas where you'll have the day to hang out at The Beach Club at Bimini, Bahamas- complete with a fun-filled bonfire bash under the stars.

The Mayan Sol 5-Night itinerary includes Costa Maya, Mexico! From this port, you can explore ancient Mayan Ruins, venture to Maya, The Lost Mayan Kingdom water park, or spend a day enjoying all the shopping, swimming, and restaurants this port offers. Next, you'll cruise to Bimini, where you'll have the day to hang out at The Beach Club at Bimini, Bahamas- complete with a fun-filled bonfire bash under the stars.

How to book Virgin Voyages:

First thing you should do is talk to your URComped host be either emailing host@ib.urcomped.com or texting 972-788-1785 and letting them know which sailing you are interested in. 

Every guest will need an address, email address and passport (no exceptions!) An address is required because Virgin Voyages does not use "Sea Pass" cards instead their system is a wearable bracelet and all wearables will be mailed to the address provided. This means no check-in lines!!!

Taxes & fees range from $150-$200 per person depending on the itinerary and all bookings will cancel within 48hrs if payment hasn’t been made (even for comped sailings)

Your online profile will allow you to access the Virgin Voyages App. The Virgin Voyages App is essential! (Read more under On-Board). You will receive your wrist wearables as well as a welcome package in the mail after booking. The welcome packet will explain what is to be expected on the ship as well as how everything onboard works and your credit card on file will automatically be attached to your wearable.

Changes and upgrades: 

You also have until 45 days of the reservation to make changes to your booking through your online profile(sail date, guest information, etc). Then within 45 days of the sailing, if you want to change booking details, it must be done directly and manually through Virgin Voyages staff.  If you wish to upgrade your cabin, you can pay an upgrade fee at the prevailing rate. (Rates change daily). Comped Casino guests must call direct to Virgin Voyages in order to get the prevailing rates. 

If you wish to add a 3rd or 4th guest to your comped room, casino guests must call direct to Virgin Voyages in order to get rates and pay.

Cancellations:

There is a cancellation fee of $500 for suite bookings if you cancel within 72hrs of the sailing.

Check-in:

You will have to present your wearable as well as your passport to check-in. Everyone must present a passport, that is the only documentation accepted!

Onboard The Scarlet Lady:

In order to request any service while onboard the ship, you have to use the Virgin Voyages App. Just wave your wristband at the iPads located around the ship or use your own device.

There is NO traditional dining hall onboard because every one of the 15 restaurants on the ship is included!

There are 2 Nightclubs onboard which stay open til 3-4 AM every night. There is even a Nightclub attached to the casino so the music and dancing travel onto the game floor. 

Or if you're feeling adventurous and want to remember your cruise forever, they have a fully operational tattoo parlor as well next to the casino!

There are several Karaoke Parlors which are private rooms for you and friends to sing it out!

Your wearable wristband also allows you to "Tap and Play" at any slot machine in the casino. Your casino play is tracked through your wearable, even at the tables! So if your bet increases, it is tracked! No more fumbling for your room card when you sit down at a table!

You can also download money directly into machines to save you from carrying cash or walking back to the cage.

Onboard they have Craps, Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette and of course: slots!

Folio charge limit is $1000 per day, but an unlimited amount can be taken out of the cash desk as long as authorization is approved. Wire Transfers and credit lines will be available. (More information coming soon!)

Casino Comps onboard Virgin Voyages:

The casino will offer comps based on play. Players who qualify for a Comp Balcony or higher will receive free drinks in the casino (player and guest) and players who qualify for a suite will receive waived cash desk fees/ credit card fees. Taxes & fees are required. Taxes & fees range from $150-$200 per person depending on the itinerary.
