If you only paid port fees and taxes- Port fees and taxes auto refund 30 -45 days of your sail date.
If you paid cruise fair- Tell your URComped host you are wanting a refund instead of FCC before 6/30/2020. You can also submit your refund request direct if you prefer by clicking here. Port fees and taxes auto refund 30 -45 days of your sail date.
Royal Caribbean has an overwhelming amount of refunds to process and it is taking longer than expected. You can expect to receive a refund within 30-45 days of your sail date. This is the most recent time frame that we have been given (as of 6/10/20). The refund could be issued sooner but due to the high volume to get through it will probably be closer to the timeframe mentioned above. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Celebrity Refunds for Global Sailing Suspension
If you only paid port fees and taxes- Port fees and taxes auto refund 30 -45 days of your sail date.
If you paid cruise fair- Tell your URComped host you are wanting a refund instead of FCC before 6/30/2020. Port fees and taxes auto refund 30 -45 days of your sail date. Depending on how you paid (directly to Celebrity or to URComped) will determine who your refund comes from. If paid to URComped, once we receive your refund from Celebrity, that will be issued back to you.
You can expect to receive a refund within 30-60 days of your sail date. This is the most recent time frame that we have been given (as of 6/10/20). The refund could be issued sooner as they are striving to issue refunds within 30-60 days from the cancelation date but due to the high volume to get through it will probably be closer to the timeframe mentioned above. Since you paid through us and we were charged by the cruise line the refund will be issued to us first then we will process the refund to you within our system.
