URComped Monthly Referral Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The URComped Monthly Referral Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to all active URComped Members. Participants must be at least 21 years of age. Employees of URComped, its affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

For each new user who signs up through a URComped Member’s unique referral link, the referring Member will receive one (1) entry into the Monthly Giveaway.

There is no limit to the number of entries a Member can receive; each valid referral counts as a separate entry. Only referrals that result in successful sign-ups will be considered for entry. Entries do not carry over following each month's drawing; a new set of entries will begin at that time.

3. Prize Details:

Each month, URComped will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries to select the winner(s). Prizes will vary each month and may include gifts from URComped or its partners. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. The specifics of each prize will be announced at the time of drawing.

4. Winner Selection and Notification: At the beginning of each month, a recorded random selection will determine the winner(s). Winners will be notified within seven (7) days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond or does not claim their prize within sixty (60) days, they will forfeit their prize.

5. General Conditions: URComped reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms. URComped may, at its discretion, modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time for reasons including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or legal requirements. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless URComped and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

6. Publicity Release: By accepting a prize, winners consent to URComped using their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Privacy: Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used in accordance with URComped’s Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law: The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any disputes arising from the Giveaway shall be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction where URComped is headquartered. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
