The terminal will serve as a home port for Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), which has committed to 41 sailings per year from Philipport. Travelers can look forward to itineraries spanning the Caribbean, Canada, and New England.

Local tourism officials are expecting a surge in visitors, especially with the city preparing to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States next summer.
