Casino Cruise News 🎉

2/26/2026 - Recent events have led to a temporary suspension of certain cruise line activities in parts of Mexico. Cruise lines are currently modifying existing travel plans and putting a hold on excursions in some cities, mainly along the western coast.

In news regarding ship improvements, the Carnival Conquest has concluded its dry dock, which included an expansion of its casino. The casino now features a separate area dedicated to non-smoking patrons. The ship also received a new bar. The Conquest is presently operating three and four-night itineraries to the Bahamas.

Next, the MSC Poesia is beginning a dry dock for modernization. This process will add a Yacht Club with 62 new suites on board. The ship will also feature dining venues like The Butcher Cut and Kaito Sushi Bar. Upgrades are planned for all MSC Music Class ships. After the dry dock is complete, the Poesia will relocate for its debut Alaska season, sailing out of Seattle.
