We had a very easy time at Jaxport! We got our luggage checked and got through the terminal with no problem. The staff at the terminal was very friendly.
We have cruised from several cruise terminals and Jaxport is by far our favorite! Parking is so easy and the porters come to your car and pick up your bags. The check-in process is quick and easy, and the employees are always courteous and helpful!
Horrible Horrible set up.. we will NEVER schedule a cruise out of this port again. Too small to accommodate so many people.. The disembarking was torture.. line after line after line in 90° weather at least... Makes for a miserable ending to a nice vacation....
