Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino Comps

Any room/ resort credit or F&B will be received on the backend and comped at checkout. As you play, and reach qualifying checkpoints, the casino will issue credit to your room, so you’ll be able to see where you are at with your comp status throughout your stay. 

The airport transportation will be arranged for you and your guest. Once the flight is booked- send your host the Flight Number and Date- ETA. This can also be comped at checkout depending on play.

COVID testing to return home ($50 pp) will be scheduled and arranged on the property and can be comped at checkout depending on play.

Upon check-in there will be an incidental deposit of $50 per day.

The All-Inclusive add-on is optional for guests staying at the Renaissance Aruba. This add-on would also be at a discounted rate for casino guests. 

 The current rate is $128.13 per night per person.  There must be a minimum of 3 nights stay to add on the All-Inclusive option and it is required that each person in a single room purchase the add-on.  
(Additional A-I rates = $82 for ages 13-17; $50.74 for ages 6-12; Under 5 free)
These rates mentioned include all fees and service charges. It is at the guest’s discretion to add any additional tips for specific servers.
 
If you come across a rate online that appears to be priced lower than the established casino rate mentioned above, please feel free to reach out and so the property can check on this. The casino would always opt for the cheaper non-specialized rate.

·         The price will change from $128.13 to $143.50 per person per day if added at the property
·         All-Inclusive must cover a minimum of 3 nights – so it would need to be added with at least 3 nights still remaining on the reservation and  It cannot be back-dated, meaning if you add it during the middle of your stay, you would not be permitted to off-set the charges incurred before adding it.
 

Adult side- Marina Hotel: 2 person max to a room
Family side- Ocean Suites:4 person max to a room

Renaissance Aruba does not deduct any taxes regardless of the win amount.

• If a guest is looking to file win/losses for taxes then the casino staff can print that out.  There is also an app guest can download and their play information would display on that as well.
• If a guest wins over the international customs threshold ($10k), the property would print out a statement (winning statement) for the guest on property so they can declare it at the airport.  This form is required to carry that much cash.
