Margaritaville at Sea is a new cruise line that debuted with its ship “Paradise” in May 2022. The line runs 2-night escapes from Port of Palm Beach to Freeport, Grand Bahama Island. So if you’re looking for a quick getaway with casino action, this cruise will fit the mark.
The all-new Margaritaville Casino is fully upgraded with live-action table games like roulette, poker, UTH, blackjack, and craps. The casino is non-smoking; however, there are designated smoking areas on top of the ship. If you play to a certain level while onboard, you can receive free drinks in the casino while playing. The Players Club has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Earned points are valid for 13 months if they are not redeemed. Points earned in the casino are actually based on a theoretical equation rather than an exact amount of coin in. So points earned on table games are based on average bet, session play, hands played, and game type. Points earned on slot machines are around $200 coin in per point. Any guest that plays in the ship’s casino will immediately be at the starting tier, Bronze, where they are able to start redeeming points.
They will remain in this tier until they reach 150 points- earning them the Silver tier. This is when players can start receiving benefits like Stateroom amenities, dining and spa credits, exclusive and comped invitations to promotions and tournaments, and more.
Then once a player reaches 300 points they will become Gold which includes all of the Silver tier benefits along with additional benefits.
Finally, A player will become Margaritaville at sea’s top tier when they reach 750 points earning them all player benefits.
If the passenger wants to withdraw cash at the casino cashier, they need to have a credit card on file (the minimum is $100, and the maximum is $2,500 per gaming day). The fee is $5 for each $100 increment requested. If casino players want to charge more than $500, there will be NO FEE applied, but they must get authorization on their credit card. Pre Authorized Credit applications can go as high as $5,000. On Board, the maximum is $2,500. The ATM fee is $8.

Super Fun Ship!!!
This ship is old but don’t let that stop you. If you are looking for a quick trip try this ship. It is super fun!!! I laughed so hard my side hurt. Casino is good. I won 2 hand pays on my 3rd cruise :). Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Everyone around us was having a good time. Entertainment is amazing and ship is kept very clean. Can’t wait until our next trip!!!!

Cruise was pleasant for a short trip to Bahamas.
Tables are slow in the higher limits but the $15 6/5 BJ seemed always full if you play lower limits .
I did play alone quite often on the higher limit BJ Table due to 3/2 BJ .
Dealers super friendly staff Is amazing throughout the ship.
Rooms Clean
Food great for dinners but buffet needs Help !
Do not purchase the blender amd upgrade to a double for there frozen drinks as they just double alcohol or maybe triple and it's just as taking a shot after shot after shot .
Regular drinks are ok But some need some work.
Wife hit a jackpot for $1500.00 I was murdered at the tables ;)
I would reccomend over a night out in a resort.
We received a free cruise certificate at the end of our cruise so that's a plus ➕️

Cruise was great, casino not so much.
The ship is small and older but is well taken care of and clean. The entertainment and crew are awesome! The casino is very small, several machines were out of order on the ship. Also, the new casino program is interesting. I played about the equivalent of about 4,000 points (all slots) on Carnival and only earned 10 points on the trip. To move even into the silver tier of their program you would have to be prepared to lose well north of 5k a year (considering the perks - not a great value). Had a few small jackpots over the two nights. Overall had a great time on the trip, just don't expect much out of the casino.

Margaritaville is a fun 2-day adventure
The crew are the BEST I've ever dealt with on a cruise. The ship is small enough to find everything but large enough to get lost if you want to. There are a lot of activities. I would do this again in a minute!!
