Café Orleans

Even though the renovations are very nice, it's still quite IMPOSSIBLE TO WIN. People don't go to casinos to lose their money or to see how pretty it looks on the inside, we go because we want to leave there feeling happy we went, NOT sad because we emptied are pockets or made too many trips to the ATM. Fix the machines so people can literally feel good and satisfied they visited your location and word of mouth will go through the roof. The whole atmosphere of patrons last night was depressing.

Café Orleans

I used to love this place when it was Mardi Gras Casino. However, since changing names after the hurricane, it's just not the same. They are still remodeling so some places are blocked off. They still have the same great staff, but there's not as many games. We used to love going to the slots. I would definitely visit again if I was in the area, but it is no longer my favorite casino in South Florida.

I liked it. It was my 1st time. They gave me $20 free bonus. I add my own $10 and did a bet. I won $70 in profit🏆🎉🎊👑🤴

Café Orleans

It’s called Big Easy for a reason - Big Easy way to lose your money! Don’t waste you time and money going there. Bonuses don’t pay, place is dead, and it’s a second class “neighborhood” casino. Will not be going back. Sticking to real casinos like Hard Rock and Coconut Creek!

Café Orleans

I went to check out the new "Big Easy" Casino. Don't waste your time yet. They aren't ready after almost a year. No tournaments in the card room. Slot floor doesn't have as many machines and what they do have are the old ones. It is dark inside and in the outside parking lot lights are not in good shape. New players cards don't work in most of the machines but the old ones still do. After walking the floor to observe the action, I didn't see much in the way of bonuses happening. People were shoving more and more money in the machines without any real wins. I didn't stay. Also for the first day of the slot floor to be open since the hurricane I kind of expected friendly smiling employees greeting returning guests. That wasn't happening much either. Maybe they will improve by next year. I will give them some more time and take another look. There is too much competition for them out there. They shouldn't have re-opened if they weren't ready.
