Truly a great place with everything you could want. The only negative is the pool was under construction and there was no other outside sitting area available. When traveling to a place like this you must have a outside place to enjoy the awesome weather. I feel that management dropped the ball by not taking this into their focus when they scheduled the three months of pool reconstruct. Other than that blunder the place is a great place to go.

We had a blast. Started with a ride from the parking lot. That was nice as we had a lot of things to take in. We celebrated a birthday and had some amazing food. We had the seafood buffet and prime rib. There was something there for all of us. We had a really good time bowling! It got competitive! Every one won a little something and we left this morning. It will be even better once the pool area is finished.

A great place to lose your money. They have ample machines and tables but could use a few more $5 tables. The buffet there is also very good and has a nice selection although a little light on dessert.

One of the best casino's in the area. Plenty of things with in walking distance to do. The entertainment complex next door has movie theaters bowling alley plus More restaurants. New hotel us very nice and upscale. It's a nice place yo take a family.

The seafood buffet on Friday and Saturday is really the best! If you have Harrah's bonus reward points it can even be free. There's a buffet every day The seafood buffet is only on Friday and Saturday starting at 4:00. And there is something for everyone!! Ther included in the buffet is a grill where your steak is made to order. The prime rib is so delicious you almost forget the huge seafood buffet. The service is awesome and the seafood is as fresh as you can get out here. If possible save room for desert Harrah's has gone all out with a large variety of deserts. The mini cheese cakes are absolutely magical!

Everything about this place is inconvenient, right now. Hard to navigate. Poker room is only open on certain days and times. The restaurants are open to members only. And. The buffet closes early. If you order delivery, you have to pi k it up in the lobby. Its easier to just go get it. There's remodeling going on. So, some things will be remedied. I just experienced everything all at once. I've had better experiences here before the remodeling.

The casino and shopping/entertainment center is great! It was more than I expected for Maricopa. We are at the casino buffet, which was pretty good. We went on seafood night and had a bunch of crab. We went to the movies right after, and had a blast. We walked through the bowling alley and the game center, both were really new and up to date. This whole area is great to bring family now. I will definitely come back.

I stayed here complimentary and it is currently under construction. This affected the scenery inside but I was surprised at the customer service. Everyone from the receptionists, manager's, game attendants were so genuinely kind that I look forward to going back even though it's not finished being remodeled. The dinner buffet offers many choices but have had better food and for the price id eat at another one of there restaurants there. Table games are offered on the casino side with alot of slot games. I'd prefer this casino over all others in the immediate area.

Extremely busy. Which is fine. However, the casino and hotel were obviously not prepared for the rush (free buffet and giveaway) to the point where people were waiting in line for up to 3 hours to get in to the restaurant. We ended up eating at one of the other restaurants in the casino, only to find that they had run out of multiple items. We finally selected something that they had on hand, but it was not what we originally wanted. The wait staff was great as always and the smoker free area was big, which was a bonus.

This place is awesome. They are under construction, but regardless, my family and I had a great time. My room was clean for the most part. There was some mold in the shower, but from what I understand, they are expanding the hotel and hopefully the older rooms will be renovated. The casino floor is clean and well kept. The beverage service is quick. My husband and son used the pool. It has a swim up bar, lots of lounge chairs, and friendly, helpful pool attendants. We ate at the Copper Cactus and our cheeseburgers were perfect. I even won a jackpot, which was wonderful, of course. My biggest compliment has to go to the employees. I have visited several Ceasar's Entertainment casinos across the US. The employee here are absolutely wonderful. I was greeted by every single employee I came across. That is not an exaggeration. Every. Single. Employee. Even when they were walking in to start their shift, they would pause to say"Good Morning" or to ask how I was doing. With the new expansion and the exemplary customer service, I may just have a new favorite casino to go to.
