Dont move here, its worst than living at a military barracks, the ladies at the condominium office act like they are do in you a favor by helping you, they are rude and when you have family members visiting you they have to pay for parking. Don't move here i definitely dont recommend this place

My good friend lives here. It is a nice place to visit when I come to town. Nice amenities & secured manned gate. Safe feeling, assigned parking & niced sized condos.

Giving one star just to be able to review. I've been living at this condo for a few years and it used to be so organized and rules oriented. However, parking is a nightmare, and I'm not even talking about having only one parking space and charging for your guests parking. I'm talking about arriving to your parking, assigned or rented, and seeing delivery companies and strangers parking in your spot. The worst, back then security personnel use to lock tires and town those in your space, but now, they expect you, the resident owning the parking space, to wait for people to appear and leave. Unbelievable!! Our family has reported this issue non-stop to management, but nothing changes. Do not rent or buy an apartment 'cause things are not the same anymore.

The management in this location is always looking for ways to charge it’s residents with surprise fees. Rent is already high, sure they keep the place nice so you think “Hey, it’s worth it” but then they treat the parking like its an additional rent. $300.00 fee a year to park my car? That’s separate from All the other fees they charge in this place. If you have money to spare or throw away this is a great place for you. If you have a regular job that you make a certain amount every month I don’t recommend it. You might have to starve for a month here and there to pay whatever fees they decided to hit you with.

THE PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE! YOU WILL REGRET MOVING HERE! They have makeshift parking locations since there is never enough parking and can not wait to tow your car and make their money without so much as a courtesy call. Its more stress than a home should be. Stay away!!

This place is a big trap!! It has so many rules for so many unecessary things that it all becomes a big joke. You don’t even think they are serious about some rules and bureaucratic procedures. They try to extort you every way they can charging you for having guests over, FOB to open their doors, Parking sticker (and renewal) and others. You can’t brink guests to the gym with you, you can’t bring more than 4 people to the pool (and 3rd and 4th guests have to pay to do so) and others. So basically living here is a big experience that tests your patience on a daily basis. Say bye to your social life and say hi to paying to breathe. You can ask around. This place has a reputation and lots of lawsuits. Don’t fall for this like I did! Stay away from here!
