Iron Art only hires undocumented immigrants who accept brutally low wages. Orion employees are afraid to fight back and have no other job opportunities or prospects and the owners Atul and Sunil Patel know this as they prefer to hire unqualified, uneducated people who come cheap. Atul is the president and let me tell you the kind of man he is there has been numerous occasions he displayed no emotion when hearing of his employees family members dying or when bad news came he shrugged it off, he is a heartless man. Sunil Patel is the CEO and he is never around and when present micromanages every little thing. When I worked at this company there was a new system every week he has no clue as to how to run a company and all his success as come from cutthroat practices and luck. Read up on him if you do not believe me. When you order from ORION you are supporting illegal immigration and the items are all imported from China. Made in the USA, yeah right. The employees send all their money to Mexico and EL Salvador and every time you purchase from them you are hurting the US economy. Iron Art will not hire qualified people or citizens because then they wouldn't be able to push them around or pay them pennies on the dollar. People who have worked at orion for over 20 years have only one week vacation. Doesn't that tell you everything you need to know?

ORION used to be great back in the day but all the good employees left and cheap owners are happy with the current staff who is unqualified and can't even write a coherent sentence via email. you know what they say, you get what you pay for. i refuse to deal with Williamson Supply Co because they continue to do business with such a company who hires cheap work to handle big accounts.

after dealing with astrid garcia i will never order from orion again she did not change the quantity or items which i asked her to do twice and after that she raised her voice at me. i understand her job is hard but her mistakes cost me over a thousand dollars and this isnt her first mistake. maybe this job isnt for her? orion should invest in their employees more it is very obvious they dont hire the brightest people.

very bad customer service from alma toribio i asked for a new rep and they gave me the run around and when you order it takes forever to get a confirmation email and if you request a estimate it takes about a week.

Great product with poor customer service. My assigned customer service representative is non-responsive to my calls and emails. I asked for a new CSR and instead of assigning me a new one they had her call me and ask why I couldn't work with her. They promise 15 day production, but it takes 5 working days to input the order before the 15 days even starts. My last order was delayed an additional 5 days because it was a "large" order. There is no online ordering system, so you have to hand write the order on one of their order forms. Whoever inputs the order often makes mistakes. If I were reviewing them on the product only then the rating would be much higher. You can customize your orders for special situations. The variety of iron rod diameters and finial options is wonderful. In my opinion the quality product is not enough to make up for the lack of customer service. I am taking my business to another company that has better service even if I have to pay a little more.
