Very nice stay. We enjoyed walking the grounds, swimming in the pool and touring nearby West Baden. Rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful.

It was a cool looking hotel and we got to learn about the history of it. They also had some cool decorations for Christmas. We had dinner at the Power Plant restaurant in the hotel but the food wasn't that good especially for the price.

Really enjoyed our time. Went through the stores before The Polar Express. Ate lunch at the Power Plant. Not overly priced and everyone was friendly. The hotel was decorated really nice for the holidays.

The place is awesome! Beautiful place to be with an amazing resort. The shops and food are just a walk down the hall. Plus they have a Starbucks down by the lobby. Many amazing restaurants to choose from. Very nice casino with plenty of table games. Also a non smoking section. Big bar and party floor as well. I come here as much as possible and it's always a good time, plus I win more here than most. lol

Friendly staff. The hotel was very festively decorated. Loved the historic feel with all the modern comforts. The resort is conveniently located near downtown with many dining and shopping options. The room was nice but staff could have done a little better of a job cleaning between guests as we found some old food under the bed.

Thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience. The staff members were attentive to our needs and seemed prepared for the weekend during our large regional business gathering. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I did have some disappointments, however. The luggage rack in our room was broken and I found a used washcloth hanging from our shower curtain. Additionally, I was disappointed that I had to travel through the smoking section of the casino to get to the non-smoking section, which honestly wasn't much better.

Beautiful historic hotel. Friendly staff and service. Wonderful amenities, including shopping, spa, pools, casino, meeting rooms, restaurants, bowling. Also has beautiful grounds. Local shops nearby. Sister hotel is also amazing and just down the road. A little drive but well worth the experience!

This beautiful historic hotel is well worth a visit! The rooms are well-appointed, there are plenty of places to eat (try the Power Plant restaurant on the lower level), and the gardens are not to be missed. There are activities for all ages available. It's also just a short shuttle (or trolley!) ride away from the gorgeous West Baden Springs Hotel and Resort. A true Southern Indiana gem.
