Was happy with the shuttle service from our motel. The bar service was fine. The deli was not so good. We lost more than we had hoped.. Much more than in kc. It was busy and everyone appeared to be having a good time. We did too. Wish there was a hotel attached. We've always liked Harrahs!

This place is spotless! I really love going here. I have only been twice but it is amazing! Free soft drinks and coffee. I always end up winning some but I push it all the way and walk out broke. Be sure to only bring what you are willing to lose! Also make sure you get a reward card cause that adds some fun to it, seeing your rewards go up. You can get all kinds of special stuff and promotions.

This was our first visit to Hoosier Park. Decided to go for the Chinese New Year dinner. The atmosphere was nice and servers courteous. The meal was more American fare than Chinese, so this was disappointing. The salad and dessert bars were very good. The entrees were not as tasty as we hoped for. The pricing was reasonable. If you are just going for lunch or dinner use the canopy entrance to avoid meandering through the casino.

The staff was extremely friendly. from the moment I entered the front door until the moment I left sometime later I never felt alone nor pushed into something I did not want to do. The food service was quick and easy with a wide selection. It was all delicious! In so much as it is now Winter, the carpets were clean without even a single trace of salt as you walked around. The rest rooms were clean and had a pleasant aroma.

Most of the time I lose but I enjoy the atmosphere and the people. I wish they had a larger non-smoking area and more machines to choose from in the non-smoking section. Most of the slot machines in the non-smoking area are old and have been there for years. We love the crab leg and prime rib Buffet on Friday and Saturday. I hope they continue that once Caesars takes over. Overall I do like Hoosier Park Casino

Came for the buffet, and it was delicious. It is not cheap on Saturdays, but the prime rib, shrimp, and crab legs justify the price. Sit where you can see out at the track, even if it isn't race time, as it is interesting to see all the prep they do. In addition to the yummy main dishes, I love the chocolate fountain and ice cream!

The buffet left a lot to be desired, I was, expecting something closer to Indiana Grands Buffet. Took my wife and 2 sons to eat here, the only good things about it in my mind, were the fact that my son's ate free they are under 6. Also the staff was friendly. The selection of food for the price was not at all impressive. I will not return to this buffet. Even if it is family friendly. The rest of the facility is awesome, they keep it clean and tidy. Great gift shop with very kind employees that are also very helpful.

My husband and I went at approx 10pm on Saturday, June 9th for our first and LAST time. Our first stop was the Club Centaur desk to sign up for a reward card. First impressions mean so much. The first people that guests have an opportunity to interact with should have good Customer Service skills. At the very minimum these employees should be able to make guests feel welcome and be there to help with any assistance that may be required. The representative at the service desk made us feel as if it was the end of the world to give us information and sign us up for new a rewards card (her job.) We should have turned around and left. Very dirty restrooms and the area around the slot machines was filthy with dirty ashtrays next to each machine. The Staff was rude and couldn’t be bothered for assistance, especially at the Deli. We took in to consideration that they had above average attendance because the second race of the Triple Crown was earlier in the day. However, if you choose work with the public, you should be prepared to treat customers with courtesy and provide assistance to be best of your ability. I have worked in the service industry for over 30 years. Everyone has bad days, at the same time your customers should never know when you are having one. We will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend anyone looking to have a good time to go there either. Major disappointment.
