Excellent service and friendly staff, even if they did rob me blind on the casino floor. Their bars were well stocked and reasonably priced for a casino. The food was fresh and well portioned even at resort prices. Beds were comfortable and soft.

Just a weekend stay away from home, relaxing, swimming, blowing a little money and enjoying quality time with my daughter. Room was comfortable, buffet was delicious and stay was peaceful. Great thing, room and food were all comped and stay was basically free, thanks to my sister. ❤️

Full disclosure: I'm not a casino fan and I essentially tagged-along to be agreeable with my hosts. This place is currently under construction. That aside, the work is well walled-off and parking was easy--just follow the signs. You might hear an occasional signs of construction during the midday in the upper areas, but these disappear for the night-time events and weren't a bother. The staff makes this place. Everyone is a smiling face, and there's a real sense of pride and community in the administrative and floor staff. This complex is beautiful, and one of a kind. The casino space is literally on a boat. A geographical interstate compact which gives Kentucky control of the Ohio River up to the Indiana shore means that while Jack Binion's, the hotel and other properties are in Indiana--the tables, slots, and other games are on the casino boat...in good old Kentucky! Great service, and a place worth seeing--even for a person who's not into casinos.

Short wait to check in but they were filled to capacity last night... they were really busy this morning...our check in young lady with cool streaked orange/red hair did everything we wanted..quick room, first floor and a smile and great manners..we were also able to use our wait eating at the Sunday brunch... super Belgium waffles made by a kind accommodating lady of color.. Delicious!.…..we also enjoyed the French toast...scrambled eggs light and fluffy as well as warm...great Sunday... hope we get lucky in the casino now

Decent hotel with attached casino. No king beds, which sucked, but oh well. Very dog friendly, but there is a $25 per night fee. The food choices aren't spectacular, but it's a short drive to Louisville if you want better options. This was our second stay, and we'd definitely go back. Nice and hot tub.

Friendly. Not crowded except weekend nights. Good mix of slots from latest and going back 10-20 years. Keep the oldies Mr. Manager. Great fun. The BBQ restaurant is awesome.

I've never actually gone there to gamble, I just go to hang out with friends. I love the atmosphere though, it's very big and welcoming. I've eaten at a couple of the restaurants. Though they were on the pricey side, they're worth it, food is fantastic. I also love the fact that the casino is on a boat. To me, that makes it a unique place.

Location is very much out of the way and not near anything else. Parking garage is strangely built. Only one level of the four is smoke-free. Smoke free level reeks of smoke and has only low stakes gaming and slot machines. Food in buffet was boring and taste like cardboard. Servers only work tables, not slots.

My wife and I's stay at the hotel and time at the casino was EXCELLENT! Every staff member, and I mean them all, at every facility within the complex were BEYOND super nice, helpful, pleasant and just extremely nice! They are all trained very well and have great attitudes! The hotel was superb, easy check-in, very clean room, easy check-out! Restaurants were perfect, casino was a blast and we had a lot of fun! The blackjack dealers could related to you in any possible way and carry on a good conversation! The wife and I had a great weekend getaway, exactly what we needed and we could have not been more happy! The pool was closed, but that's not their fault. If anyone knows the February weather in the region this year they know the rain we got an how much flooding there was, which is what caused the pool issues! Hoping for some awesome vouchers in the mail so we can have an even better return visit!!!!!!!

Had a very good time there last night. A group of us went there to support a fund raiser event, with proceeds to help find uniforms for a dance team. Even though I lost my money, I too me a few hours to do so and I enjoyed my time. The staff was very helpful and the one young lady dealer at my blackjack table tried her best to subtly help me not lose it quite so fast. 😁
