My girlfriend i came in and was seated immediately. The staff was very generous. There was not a long wait for food. The portions are of decent size. We recommend the 1/2 pound turkey and swiss burger! Very filling.

The male manager on duty was very stiff and uncaring. The food is horrible and overpriced. I would not recommend this place at all.

It is a pleasant experience every time. The food is consistently good and reasonable priced. I would definitely recommend their soups and salads. A tasty assortment. If you order the dessert, be prepared for more than your fill. The view of the Ohio River is fantastic and entrancing. I do understand though, after the new casino is built across the street, the restaurant will move with the casino. Regardless a good restaurant and experience overall.

The hostess seemed annoyed that we (or anyone for that matter) were there. Which I totally understand having a bad day or being at work if you don't feel good, but I could have done without the nasty look she had on her face. My food was good, but upon looking at everyone else's food, the portion sizes seemed small for the prices. My daughters 4 pieces of pizza were piled one on top of another, all in one pile, which made the cheese stick to the piece below it. As I was scraping the cheese off the bottom pieces to lay on top of the pieces below, the 'cheese' just kept coming until there was no bottom crust left... I realized it was squishy dough in the middle. So she was not able to eat it, but I was unable to tell the server because we did not see (or find) him again until we had to find him to get our bill. He was nice tho during the time(s) we did see him. The grilled food did seem to have a gas taste to it - almost like you can taste the propane.

Second visit in the couple days we stayed in Evansville. The reviews are not the greatest and I think it's a management problem! The one and only person who resembles management hasn't left the table he was sitting at when we walked in. Oh ok one of the women also at the same table could possibly be management also but who's to say.... Food is ok. Nothing spectacular. Service was not as good as the first time we were here. They were in the middle of shift change in the middle of dinner...management...??? Molly was our first server she was very busy, attentive, and really tried her best. Second server...Angela not so much. She had a poor attitude, stood around next to the same table the "managers" were sitting at for most of our visit....wait I'll say it again...management!

Seriously how long does it take to cook a burger? On top of that when the food does come out it was cooked wrong. Slow service bad quality food.

Hit and miss... I've been there 3 times (one take-out) and am questioning returning a fourth time. The first two times were great. The service was pretty fast. I got their garbage burger and fries on one occasion and a jalapeno burger the next for take-out when I was staying in the Tropicana hotel. Both were quite filling and yummy. A 9/10 experience by my rating... The third time I went (for dine-in), the place was maybe half-full and I got a sweet-tea served with an old napkin in the bottom with who knows what in it (hopefully I don't get some disease). Plus I had to wait 45+ minutes just for a simple burger and fries, which was mediocre when I got it. It didn't taste too bad, but I couldn't help but question myself on what was growing on the jalapeno seeds in my jalapeno burger - seeds are normally all-white. It was definitely not worth the wait regardless. A 2/10 rating experience this time.. Honestly, Burger King would have been better and MUCH cheaper this last time. For $12, you would expect an awesome burger and fries. Also, the waitresses ask you like every 2 minutes how you are doing. I am thinking like 'f*ck off', just let me eat for a minute without having to answer you with a mouth-full of food.. Overall advice... If you are dining-in or even carrying out, order later in the evening when they are not busy. Or just go get some Whoppers and fries and be pretty much as satisfied at 1/3 the price.

Food is ok, but way over-priced. Service can be hit and miss, depends on when you go and who you get. Good view of the river, but I can’t say that it’s worth it.
