Their staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. The casino floor offers a great atmosphere and environment for all ages; you'll feel relaxed, cozy, and "right at home." Great deals, specials, coupons, giveaways, etc. are offered each day; club members get even more deals that are detailed to you specifically! Currently the hotel portion of the resort is under construction due to a major renovation process. Updates, add-ons, extra space, new activities, and their first pool are planned! Even though construction is taking place, the crew ensures to keep it as safe, clean, and quiet as they can! The resort is beautiful! Prairie Band is a great choice for every occasion! A "girls-night-out" adventure, a mini weekend vacation or getaway with your spouse, or a simple escape from daily life stress when you need to go solo for an hour or two!

I love the food. Their buffets are awesome and the staff to is very welcoming. They seem to love their job. Makes you feel good. I haven't played the slots much but they have so many that I want to go back when I have time to play. Great selection.

This place is always packed and energetic! I go for the amazing buffet they have. Every Friday is all you can eat crab legs, coupled with steak and other seafood. The food is always well cooked and service is always friendly! The hotel rooms are also very spacious and very well done!

This is a beautiful resort nestled in scenic Native American land. The staff is excellent. The amenities are amazing. Everything was incredible. My only sort of negative, was that they don't have an actual pool. They have 2 hot tubs, which are great, but in the heat of summer, a cool pool would be great. Spoke to a resident of Mayetta, they told me about the most recent construction plan, 80 more resort rooms, a larger casino floor, a new game room (billiards and such), and a new pool! For a resort in Kansas, this is an excellent, close, attraction that will be around for quite awhile.

I would like to say how awesome this place is...BUT I CAN'T! We frequent this place quite a bit and over the last few years, it has not been as much fun. The rooms are nice but could use some small fixes...(like the toilet seat that slides to the side and scares ya like your gonna fall off). It seems we used to play and win alittle to play on and now....you win NOTHING! Nothing to make you want to come back!! We always in the past looked forward to our monthly "girls night" but when you don't even get a little to make it fun it's not worth it. Our hosts are great and do try to see that we are informed and taken care of for the most part, and we appreciate that! If you have never been it's worth it , but when you go monthly like we do and lose every single time, it gets old...real fast!

Nothing really special about the room, but bed was comfortable, water hot, everything clean, nice and quiet, refrigerator but no microwave. No complaints, but nothing extraordinary. People all very nice. Steak house was great. Casino will ultimately win, but does a good job of letting you do some winning. Highlight is definitely the outdoor relaxing hot tub area, with two huge tubs, lots of lounge chairs, in a beautiful garden setting and open till 2 AM! Breakfast buffet was fine, but nothing special. Two thumbs up from this gambler and non-gambling spouse.

We attended a two day company meeting at this facility. This is our 8th year now. The hotel rooms are gorgeous with marble bathroom floors and deep, jetted tubs. The meeting rooms are spacious and their staff is extremely attentive. Their kitchen services are exemplary! Even their buffet is so much better than average. This facility is 20 years old now but shows no wear! I am excited to see their expansion in 2020.

We went for a show and decided to do the buffet too. The show was the best I've ever seen so this isn't a review of the show or the ability for the casino to bring quality acts. First off. The casino floor must be walked to get anywhere, and smoking is allowed. So I couldn't breathe when going from point a to b, etc. Which sucks a lot. Second, the buffet is the worst I've ever been to. The only good thing about it was I did not get food poisoning... We went on prime rib and shrimp night. The lighting is very odd so that I could not tell if the cut of meat I got was well done or medium rare. The first slice I lucked out on and it was fairly good, however the next was so well done it was pasty (I thought it was a medium piece). The shrimp was small and there were only 4 choices. A horrible "Thai shrimp" it tastes like it was slathered in orange chicken sauce and hot sauce was dumped in also to make it spicy. A shrimp scampi that was in watery butter, the frozen fried butterfly shrimp, and then cold shrimp cocktail. The food selections were small and not good. They somehow made potatoes taste bad.... I don't know if I would ever recommend eating at the casino. It is beyond me how it has won any award for food. My only guess is that it is the only restaurant in 100 square miles.... Thirdly, the area that the show was in was just a very large conference room, with a stage at one end. There were maybe 4 steps leading up to the stage so it wasn't very high, you could only see above the performers knees (which there were times it was very important to see below that...) I was only sitting maybe a third of the room away from the stage also. Fourth, I don't gamble ever, but when I do I play the penny games. It was very hard to find a penny game. Most games were 50 cent minimum bets or more. Fifth, they make you give them your personal information to get a "players card" even though you only came for a show and a player's card has zero to do with what you are doing there! I now have a dumb card in my wallet forevermore.... The good part is that they didn't charge crazy prices for the show, and it was a very good show. Which I will hopefully see again, but the show is the ONLY reason the casino isn't getting 1 star.

We went just to eat buffet on a Friday night. We waited about an hour - in line, then to be seated. The food was really good outside of the dessert. Desserts looked yummy but had definitely been setting there awhile as they were not soft. I forgot that smoking was still allowed there so I left smelling of it and trying to get it out of my lungs.

Such a beautiful place. Everyone inside was friendly. However I do NOT recommend the valet AT ALL. Currently getting jumped for a 3rd time. First two times were their fault. Not turning the key completely off before pulling it out, then leaving the lights on when they automatically come on. 3rd ours for not driving enough to recharge it. Waiting the first time for a ridiculous amount of time before questioning why it was taking so long, to find out the battery was dead and they were getting security to jump it. I've had the key issue once before so I knew what to look for. Apologies but don't feel like they truly felt sincere nor responsible. The self parking isn't much of a walk really anyways. I'd still recommend the hotel. I'm not a gambler though so I have no opinion there.
