The staff there is impeccable. The FREE valet service makes you feel like a celebrity! The front desk, valet, bell service all addressed me by name. The hotel is very modern and all the rooms we were inspired had a beautiful view! What I loved about the valet service is that you can send a text from your room and your vehicle will be waiting for you once you get there!

I stayed out here with my brother and nephew the beds were very comfortable. The decor was very nice. I enjoyed the room amenities such as the Keurig and the mini fridge. I suggest you go swimming earlier in the morning as it tends to get hot around lunch time. Service was great, the house keeping was nice and gave us extra amenities.

Great place to stay, cool concerts, and the pool is nice and clean and all the landscaping out here is great. Love grabbing a cocktail out by the pool either at the pool bar or at your lounge chair. The rooms are so comfortable and spacious. Love coming out here for a nice relaxing weekend getaway! (And dont be afraid to use your players card when you gamble, the rewards are excellent!)

I get tired of there cutting costs while raising the price. Specifically the food quality. I am a crab lover, and there was a time when they were cutting the crab in half. I stopped going after I spoke to a manager and nothing changed. I went back to give them another try months later and the Crab was fantastic. The last time I went the crabs were half the size (not worth the work). They also used to have scallops that you could get at the short order ordering station with orzo noodles. They stopped those too. These things do not go UN-noticed. Even the Servers acknowledge that I am correct about these things.

I was surprised when I arrived at this casino. There was absolutely no security present at any of the entrances, you just walked right in. Then the over powering smell of cigarettes hit me. That was very surprising considering it's California & cigarette smoking is banned in public places. So I walked out of there smelling like an ashtray. The place was a lot smaller than it appeared from the outside. It was very difficult to find a slot machine that was available to play. Their black jack area was also small. Not impressed at all. ** The photos I took are of the outside of the casino & hotel. I must say that the pool area with all the landscaping was very beautiful.

Beautiful casino and hotel. Unfortunately it gets quite smoky when crowded. Large selection of slot machines. Clean and we'll designed. The hotel is the highlight of this property. I've been to many nice hotels, but this one at Agua Caliente tops most of them. Of course, you will get reduced rates or comps if you gamble regularly here, and the more (money) you gamble, the higher the discounts get. Great pool and spa area.

Spent the night there on Monday and had a great time. Very friendly staff! Gambled at the black jack tables and had a blast. The dealers were great and helpful..since im still learning. Alex the Pit manager was awesome and made the night so much fun! Thanks guys!!

One of the best casinos in southern California. Payouts are plentiful and generous, staff is very friendly, food is out of this world, and the spa is just what everyone needs after a long week at work. They have all the newest slots in a fun, exciting environment. Join the players club and earn a plethra of rewards that range from: free meals, free show tickets, free play, and even free rooms. The rooms are beautifully decorated and kept very clean. A very modern feel and you will think you are in a 5 star resort with all the amenities that are offered. Love, love, love this casino and can't wait to go back and try my luck.

This casino offers Alot of promotions and offers, they've been blowing up my email so I'm slightly regretting signing up for their loyalty program. The reason for the three star rating is mostly because my friend and I did not have the most money in the world walking in to play with But the minute we walked to the craps table (which is where I love spending time at at a casino) they said it was CLOSED DOWN! It sort of forced us to play slots or blackjack and it was a Tuesday so hell, we didn't walk out with anything. I would love the opportunity to check out the casino again if we have time in our schedules. But Please Agua, keep your craps and table game options an option. Will be happy to peep again and update the rating (which I'm sure I will) Much love. -SW

I used to go to the buffet in this place. It was easy to see that people were having a great time at the machines and tables. The drinks were great and service on the floor was good. Consistent. There was no hotel but when the parking garage opened it was great since there is a lot of wind there. It made the feeling of going out late in the desert seem real, there wasn’t anything in the nearby area for nightlife in the first several years the casino was there. The buffets were great with generous hours and themes that let you know if seafood or steaks and carved meats would be the main feature at holidays. The wait staff was so great. Now the hours aren’t abundant for the Buffett. There doesn’t seem to be as much fun going on for others while I’m not gambling but just watching. I don’t see it happening there and I have made my last attempt to go there recently. The staff was pretty short and stiff, not friendly. It has lost its shine even though it was great until just the last few years, it had a long run. If it gets better let me know!
