Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The Poker Room is large with many tables and variety of game limits. There is a nice variety of other table games as well. The slot machine and video poker machines also have tons of options. The restaurants serve up high quality delicious food. I'm new to the area and this is my favorite casino!

When I arrived at Agua Caliente Casino I had difficulty finding parking. The way the lots are arranged make it difficult to traverse. Inside the casino was quite nice. The decor and atmosphere are quite welcoming. Staff was friendly and there were plenty of games to play. Would definitely go again but do not plan to travel out of my way for it

Check-in isn't until 3 pm. We asked for early check in but they wouldn't accommodate us. The pool is nice but the water is very cold. The room are spacious and clean. The restaurants are good with very large portion sizes. Check-out is at 11 am and when we asked for late check-out they said no because they needed the time to clean the rooms. Also, we were unable to check-out through the tv. Overall, the hotel is nice, but they are unwilling to accommodate for early check-in and late check-out even if you requested it ahead of time.

The staff there is impeccable. The FREE valet service makes you feel like a celebrity! The front desk, valet, bell service all addressed me by name. The hotel is very modern and all the rooms we were inspired had a beautiful view! What I loved about the valet service is that you can send a text from your room and your vehicle will be waiting for you once you get there!

I get tired of there cutting costs while raising the price. Specifically the food quality. I am a crab lover, and there was a time when they were cutting the crab in half. I stopped going after I spoke to a manager and nothing changed. I went back to give them another try months later and the Crab was fantastic. The last time I went the crabs were half the size (not worth the work). They also used to have scallops that you could get at the short order ordering station with orzo noodles. They stopped those too. These things do not go UN-noticed. Even the Servers acknowledge that I am correct about these things.

This is a very nice hotel but the beds are absolutely horrible. Room 1101, the bed by the window slopes down towards the headboard then the side of the bed slopes downward. I moved to room 1125 after a horrible nights sleep & these beds are not much better. The rooms are very nice, the bathroom & tub are just beautiful but Motel 6 has better beds than this. I strongly suggest upgrading the beds, that is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

Room was nice. Restaurant was perfect. The reason why i give them 3 stars was at check in. It was 4:30 pm and room was not ready. Girl with short hair did nothing to accommodate my wife,child and my self for the inconvenience. If i was a forbes spotter, this hotel would fail as they guarantee rooms should be available at 3:59pm. I understand if i try to check in at 2pm or 3pm.

I was surprised when I arrived at this casino. There was absolutely no security present at any of the entrances, you just walked right in. Then the over powering smell of cigarettes hit me. That was very surprising considering it's California & cigarette smoking is banned in public places. So I walked out of there smelling like an ashtray. The place was a lot smaller than it appeared from the outside. It was very difficult to find a slot machine that was available to play. Their black jack area was also small. Not impressed at all. ** The photos I took are of the outside of the casino & hotel. I must say that the pool area with all the landscaping was very beautiful.

Beautiful casino and hotel. Unfortunately it gets quite smoky when crowded. Large selection of slot machines. Clean and we'll designed. The hotel is the highlight of this property. I've been to many nice hotels, but this one at Agua Caliente tops most of them. Of course, you will get reduced rates or comps if you gamble regularly here, and the more (money) you gamble, the higher the discounts get. Great pool and spa area.

Spent the night there on Monday and had a great time. Very friendly staff! Gambled at the black jack tables and had a blast. The dealers were great and helpful..since im still learning. Alex the Pit manager was awesome and made the night so much fun! Thanks guys!!
