Went on a Wednesday and stayed for all seven races. No services upstairs, had to go to ground floor for beer, popcorn, and betting. BUT had a great time!

Had a pretty good time there, didn't win anything, but one time we went my mom won almost 10 grand on slots... I tried to sign up for this online app you could download that was supposed to give you like$5 but when i got done the people said i couldn't collect bc i had already collected once before which is absolutely false... So i was a little disappointed in that...

We used to stop here for many years. Never had any big wins (or even any good wins to write home about). It's been about 5 years since I was here last until yesterday, and I was surprised by the number of same machines still in use. There were a few newer machines, but this is the saddest Harrah's I've been to in that they haven't kept up with the rest of the casinos around the country in installing fun, updated machines. I was sorely disappointed.

Fun place that offers free family advents, live music, and adult fun also. Free drinks in the adult gambling area. Fun atmosphere. Some of the staff is nice, some are just ok. I love their fireworks displays you can watch from the comfort of their glass sitting area.

Pros: There is never a full moment here. There is almost always a great slot machine available. Someone is always around to assist if anything is needed. Cons: The drink cart is always kinda outta reach and It's kinda hard to get them to serve a full drink in that small cup. Still a great place to visit.

Atmosphere was ok, and while our stop was at an off time (arriving at 6am/Sun), there were still a good number of people there playing the slots. However, what folks wish to know is if anyone was winning anything.....and my observation was they were not. I saw no bonuses being hit, no pots (large or small) being hit, and generally a lot of people feeding machines with whatever amount they chose to gamble being quickly sucked up without any payback that would sustain play for any number of pulls beyond the what their cash in would pay for. I'm sure they enjoyed our stopping by, but we found little fun in doing so. This seemed to be the consensus of all we spoke with while at this casino as well. On an entertainment scale of 1 to 5, I personally feel that a score of 0 is an overstatement on their behalf.
