Love this Casino! Easy to get to! Many machines and the gaming area and bathroom area are kept spotless. They do allow smoking but you never smell the smoke unless someone is smoking right next to you at the slot machines...they have good air filtration system. You can help yourself to all the coffee, soda and water that you want for free at the refreshment stations located in the casino. I feel safe to venture away from my husband and play the slots alone at this venue. Great, fun place!!

It was fun visiting the casino. However, the rewards card they have you sign up for is a joke. They say you get $10 for signing up and providing your email but what they don't tell you is that when you try to use it on a slot machine, which is all it's really good for, you have to stop out money in. So it's not really complimentary because you still have to pay to play. Once the money you put in is gone out ends your game even if it still shows you have money on the card. Also, the machines don't recognize the card so it takes several tries to get it to even work. The key pads on the machines to enter your pin for your "rewards" don't work properly so we all ended up getting locked out and had to make yet another trip to customer service. The best part of visiting the casino was the food and drinks. The staff was very friendly but like I said above the red hot rewards was a joke and not worth the headache. If you're going to get food or go to the gift shop is worth getting the rewards card because it saves you 10% bit trying to use it for games was not worth it because you end up spending the same amount of money. The money they say they "give" you is not accessible and is worthless because you still have to use your cash to use it.

Your more then likely gonna lose some money, the best way not to is to not go, but if you know what your doing and wanna have a good time and maybe make some money this is the best place within 2 hours of the Paw Paw area. Got to 500$ and lost it all but that's why I went. Go big or go home.

Arrived for the seafood buffet. The short line moved along very quickly. Everybody from the greeter to the hostess to our waitress were very outgoing and friendly. The crab legs were very good and kept fresh on the line. Unimpressed with the schnitzel, the steaks and the London broil we're tough and gristly. The rest of the buffet was superb. The additional fish dishes and shrimp were varied and tasty. The mussel dishes were excellent, it would be a great addition to have clams and oysters as well. How much steamed crab can you eat? Enough to make this a worthwhile buy.

Everyone was very friendly and so helpful. We ate at the 24/7 cafe and the food was delicious !! Great value for our money. We didn't come out ahead on the slots, but had a great time. Shopped for odds and ends in gift shop, and everyone was great..

Haven't been hitting last few times I visited and I went on my birthday in April and I couldn't get my birthday cupcake because the system was down so they took my information so they could put me on a list so I could get it on a later visit, but when I went back and tried I received no cupcake, my name was never added to a list. I do enjoy the time I spend with my friend. I only go to the casino with her. She hasn't been hitting either. She wants us to switch casino.

Our room was very comfortable. The food was good - fancy restaurant and the other sit in, non buffet one. Prices were fair. The gaming is completely in the house favor - and if you win a hand or any bet - someone is right behind you. They change something so that doesn't happen again. I'm really very impressed people like to come here, it isn't a fun gaming atmosphere at all.

I understand it’s a casino and it has to make money but I HAVE NEVER WON ONCE AT THIS CASINO; I have won everywhere (Vegas, AC, Detroit, Four Winds) but here and it’s the closest casino to my home. The machines are very very tight and I would be willing to wager that their machines are the tightest in the state of Michigan. The staff is nice. The rooms are great. Drinks are a fair price. The food is very very expensive. If they loosened up their slots I would rate them higher. Four Winds is much better but it’s too far from my home.

We frequent this casino even though Hollywood is 15 minutes away from us and Firekeepers is an hour and 45 minutes away. Very nice, clean hotel with pool and great rooms. Food at the restaurants is very good especially at the steakhouse, very high end and top notch. If you make reservations they even have your name tag printed on a card sitting on your table. Great casino and we do fairly well here on the blackjack tables. When you can't get to Vegas, this is the next best thing!

Very Nice Hotel, very nice! I like the slots but they could pay out more. Please, don't be like Soaring Eagle or we will all stop coming there. Your tables are much better than Soaring Eagle. Again, I really like your hotel so please keep up the good work. The restaurant next to the escalator, awe man, they make the best blueberry pancakes and bacon. I'm almost ready to come there just for breakfast.
