Went here for a nice Valentine's day dinner. As soon as we sat down, I went to adjust my seat as it was a little crooked. Something under the seat cut my finger and it began to bleed. I alerted the wait staff and an emt showed up to bandage it. I had to use the cloth napkin to wipe blood till they got there. I still don't know what cut my finger. Maybe a staple but two days later it's painful and red and swollen. The meal was beyond delicious and the waiter was excellent. I just wish I knew what cut my finger in case I need a tetanus shot.

Delicious steak, seafood and desserts! It's pricey but worth the money! I wouldn't get the mashed potatoes again, but everything else was delicious!

Wonderful experience at this place. Ariel is an amazing waiter and we loved him. He always made sure we were doing ok and we never had to wait on him very long. Our dinner was delicious and the drinks are very good. Overall it was one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had.

The place presentation and food presentation was delightful. Our server was incredibly attentive and find. LOVED the bread and different spreads offered when seated. We tried the chopped salad, petite sirloin and lump crab as well as the tater tots. Only thing over rated was the tater tots...there was only three of them for $12. Pricey but yummy.

When we go out into eat it takes ALOT for us to be turned off by a place. And we hardly EVER leave a negative review. But for what you pay to eat here (knew that going in and was looking forward to a nice dinner) there was a few things that happened that even McDonald’s would have handled better. After the server asked for our drink order we literally waited 25 minutes before they were brought to us. Which wasn’t the end of the world, we actually joked about it. We could see our drinks near the butler door by the bar sitting & asked 2 other servers if they could bring them to us. Then watched them go and tell someone else in staff, of course none of them brought them to us. Finally our server brought them to us & apologized for the delay. We told him no worries & looked forward to the rest of the night. But then my wife’s drink had a long HAIR in hers. Immediately we showed the server- who hadn’t walked away yet. He again apologized and went to get her another drink which took about another 10 minutes. Finally and the biggest joke of all the Manager came over and apologized which was fine. But then he’s said he was going to give the 2 ladies at our table Free desert on him. We told him that they had ordered the “special” which included salad and dessert he said he knew that but it was the best he could do. While we weren’t happy we never asked for anything but it was completely insulting that he offered them a “free” dessert when it came with their meal. What a joke! We finished our meal, paid our bill, full price for everything. Then left & never to return.

I will never go to Chicago or Indianapolis again for a steakhouse dinner. The staff here was unbelievable the food was amazing absolutely no complaints and it save me a hundred fifty miles of driving. I would recommend it to anybody, and I already have.

My husband and I celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary with a dinner at Copper Rock. We were not disappointed. The meal was fantastic. Steaks prepared perfectly, presentation was good and service was excellent. We will return!

There is a reason this place gets 5 stars. AHmazing food! And service that cannot be beat. If you are celebrating a special occasion, your waiter/waitress will even take your photo, have it printed out, and deliver it to you and your party before the end of the meal in a commemorative folder... and it's complementary! No extra charge!. I was just blown away by the impeccable service. If tou have a preferred waitress, they will dave your name and reservation information so you can potentially have the same waitress/waiter every visit. They think of everything. And did I mention the amazing food?!
