LVD Casino Restaurant

Room was ok but fair for the price, checking in process for a group could of been explained better and not made so difficult. We reserved a block of rooms under one person's name to be assigned later but because no one called personally to make reservations for the rooms our reservations were cancelled and it was over an hour for it to be figured out and resolved. Was told how we tried to reserve the rooms was not how they did things, but while getting checked in neumerous other guests showed up with reservations exactly how we had tried to make ours. There was even a phone call 2 weeks out to confirm that we had reservations but there must of been a misunderstanding because our block of rooms was still available but no reservations had been made yet, when the initial call was for reservations for a Block of rooms.

LVD Casino Restaurant

This was undoubtedly the absolute worst seafood buffet I have ever seen. Crab was grossly overcooked , linguini was cold and bland... (think paste) clams cold , potatoes cold... the only thing that was warm was the salad dressing. Speaking of The salad dressing, it was full of remnants from the vegetables adjacent, and the ranch vinegar tasting. Hoping not to get sick. The only saving grace was the clam chowder which was hot in the soup pot... water was great when u can get a waiter to actually bring it. They did remove meal from bill, but after waiting an hour for a table for this travesty I was sincerely disappointed ...

LVD Casino Restaurant

Food was cold and nasty. Tasted like it came out of a can. Prime rib was dry and over done. They told us that they were in a meeting and they accidentally left it in too long. The only good thing about the food was the ice cream but that’s because it’s churned in a machiene. The service was bad. I’d never go back. I do not recommend this. If your staying at the casino, its worth going to extra couple miles to eat somewhere that’s worth your time and money.
