Had a five minute wait at valet and a ten minute wait at check in, but it was worth it. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. We got upgraded to a modern suite and it was absolutely beautiful! The beds were comfortable and had ample pillows. The casino offered lots of gaming options. The buffet was satisfactory for the price.

The room was absolutely wonderful, the bed was so comfortable it was hard to leave it. Staff was very friendly and courteous. We didn't play the table games but we did try a few slots and they were fun. We also used the gym and I was pleasantly surprised by how much was available. Only cons were some of the casino machines were a bit dated and the smells in the hallways of the hotel were strange.

Short staffed. Stayed six nights and was very disappointed. Waited 40 minutes Friday night to drive street back to valet only to be told to exit again and get in another line to self Park because they didn't have enough staff to park all the arriving cars. Even on slow days it was usually a 15 to 20 minute wait to pick up the car and 5 to 10 minutes to drop it off. Food at the sports bar served cold and unseasoned. Buffet was okay, but prime rib tough and flavorless. High Tide Cafe food was better. Most dealers are flat and not engaged. Slots are tight. Room was dirty on arrival and TV didn't work. Management gave us another room without difficulty. Beds are comfortable which is the only reason IP gets 3 stars.

We had a good time and enjoyed our visit. We stayed for a couple of days. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were all nice. It's not close to any other places as far as walking like some of the other big casinos. You'd have to drive to the beach as well. Reply: Correct! That's why I made sure to include "as far as walking" but, yes, you are a short drive to many other locations. Thanks again for such a great time!

Recent improvements to the slot floor have made for more pleasant gaming experience there. Not my favorite place for table games, but the buffet and food credits are usually decent. Certainly worse casinos on the coast to spend your time and money. Hotel rooms aren't bad either.

Great rates. Clean rooms. The hotel itself is great with pretty much anything you would imagine needing. The casino is awesome with great bands a lot of the time at the bar. The food is really good and relatively low priced for a casino. Overall id rate 5/5

Front desk rep rude...my husband and I were in line. He stepped away to park the car. I was told I couldn't check in without him. Note I had his wallet and I'd and credit card. Our first room had food in the fridge and tub was dirty. The second room given by the first rep had a leaky toilet and water running from the top. Hopefully our third room with we sufficient to get some rest after 5 hour drive. We thought it was a great deal and would be fun to stay overnight at a casino. I just want to get some rest. Okay Derrick came through. He got us in a nice clean room. Thanks so much...we just want to get some sleep. Changing my rate...

This casino and hotel are very hard to navigate. They make it hard to find your way out of the casino (by design of course) without walking a long way. The casino itself is average at best. They need to do a lot of updating and start to get with the casino program. I understand it's not Vegas but they seriously need to upgrade. The pool is decent and the staff is friendly.

Not impressed with the buffet at all. This entire place smells of cigarette smoke as soon as you get on the elevator in the parking garage. At the end of the evening, I smelled like a smoker and I don't smoke at all. My husband and I did see a show there. The auditorium was spacious and the show was reasonably priced. Overall, not a huge fan of the place. Probably won't go back unless there's a show that I want to see. I'll stay on another property though.

We ate at the sit down restaurant. Prices were middle of the road between the cafe and buffet. Food was good but they were short of kitchen staff, so it took awhile to get our food. The casino part is somewhat difficult to find, but they have a wide variety of games. My wife won $90.00 off a $2.00 bet, so I would say the slots are decent. Table minimums were mostly $10.00, but I was able to play Let It Ride for $5.00.
