The rooms were very nice. Check in was easy. The resort was definitely kid friendly. The pool was nice. The food and drinks were good. The arcade had plenty of games and stayed open until 1am which was great to do after the pool closed at 10pm. Do not go expecting a quiet trip because there are plenty of kids and family there to enjoy. I will definitely visit again.

Overall, we had a great time. Our only issue was with housekeeping. More training on how to properly clean a room (especially the bathroom) is required. Everything else from the food in the three restaurants on site, to the pool and entertainment was great.

Nice place fun for kids, but a bit overpriced. They also need more elevators. If you go In The summer it could take up to 20 min to get places on the elevators. My coffee maker in my room was dirty. For the prices they charge to stay in rooms, the least they could do is let you bring water and snacks out by the pools for your children. This place is slightly a rip off. New Orleans people or those closer to Audubon Zoo, I’d recommend going to the cool zoo

We enjoyed our stay at Margaritaville Resort Biloxi. The lazy river was enjoyed half a day and the arcade was enjoyed half a day for three days and no one ever got bored. The room was large and had a nice view of the coast. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing that was not enjoyable was the restaurants, we ate at two and decided to go out for the rest, the food is only so so and they all had slow service. On a good note there are many restaurants and buffets close by.

I had the absolute most awesome time. The resort is clean,friendly staff, the rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are fancy! I love the game room for family fun. The pool & swim up bar 🙌🏾Love love love!!! We went to other hotels for food & fun also. I Had fun on beach 🏖go carts down the street . I can’t complain about anything .I will definitely be coming back ❤️

The outside from the street side was not what I expected. Very unassuming and sort of plain to be a Buffett property. But the interior more than makes up for it. Beautiful throughout with great rooms and views of the ocean. Rooftop water park is great for the family. Food was good and beer was cold!

The resort is beautiful and the staff was all very friendly. Some minor things that could improve where cleanliness of area in and around pool. There were napkins, straws, etc i found in the pool. I put them in side of pool and no one ever picked them up. Also the swim up bar could've been open on Thursday that was a huge bummer. We had a fantastic time and will be returning asap. Thank you!!!

We arrived on 5/23. The first nights stay was great. Room was nice, kids had a great time at pool/arcade. Oh night 5/24 we got no sleep. We kept hearing multiple dogs barking throughout the night (coming through a vent) (I also let the cleaning lady listen) as well as this morning. I called front desk several times and was told they would get security up there. Eventually, security came. By then there was only one dog barking and it was fainter than during the night. When I went to check out and was asked about my stay I mentioned the second night. No one apologized and they even said, well there aren’t supposed to be dogs on the 15th floor ( we were in (#1516) obviously they were somewhere because the security lady heard it as well as the cleaning lady. I found the desk staff to be less than helpful. Melissa Hebert

Our stay was very good. Your staff overall is wonderful. Food & beverage prices aren't exactly family friendly. I honestly don't see how a family can enjoy the facility without going broke The overall experience is great

Truly disappointed in this hotel. This does not compare at all to the other Margaritaville Hotels we have experienced. The beds were extremely uncomfortable ( very hard), the walls are paper thin and you hear everything and everyone at ALL HOURS. Also plan on dedicating at least 2 houe=rs per day waiting on elevators. There are only 4 accessible to guests and they run at snail speed ( at best). The ONLY POSITIVE about the resort was Doe's Eat Place. While I will never stay here again I would most definitely make a special trip just for the restaurant. There is not a finer steakhouse around. I gave you a 1 on your score because that was the lowest possible. I can not express my disappointment with this hotel enough!!!
