Save yourself the time and get food somewhere else. This was absolutely one of the worst place to eat. The customer service service is beneath that of the worst McDonald's. Southern hospitality isn't really a thing at this place. The manager refused to come to a table to speak to customers who received the worng order and were charged for it. It's a mistake on the kitchen and the severs fault. I recommend you hire new staff from top to the bottom. You won't be receiving any of my money.

We were a party of 10, 7 adults 3 children coming in for lunch. Wanting to come for a quick lunch We waited over One and half hours for food which was not very good. The pork and chicken were over cooked dry and tasted old.They were not that busy for us to wait that long. The server was only one on the floor she did a great job to accommodate us. But we did not ever see a manager out helping her at all. I can say we will Never be back. Poor staffing and poor food.

Absolute worst experience for me in a restaurant. My friend ordered a drink. 40 minutes later the server brought the drink. My friend refused the drink. Wrong side dishes were to two members of our party. Menu noted a $1 up charge for sweet potato fries. When check was brought the charge was $3. Explain the problem check was return and charge was $2. At that point I payed the bill and departed

I heard nothing but great things about this location which I decided to make 2 hour trip there with a friend. When we arrived, there was a sign that read: "Out of chicken, ribs, wings" We deiced to go ahead and stay. After speaking with the server, he mentioned that it would actually take longer than the recommended 4 hours they mentioned. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, I received my salad. I waited another 25 minutes or so the food arrived. The brisket was very dry, the macaroni looked and tasted old and the pulled chicken was not appealing. To say it was Memorial Day holiday, their staff should have been better prepared for the crowds in my opinion. I was very disappointed after deciding to stick it out and wait despite not having a large selection. In the future I hope this doesn't happen again .

Really beautiful view from our table on the back deck overlooking the ocean. Server was polite when greeting us. He took our appetizer order. Took about 10 minutes to come back with our waters and take our dinner order. He seemed a little busy with other tables so we weren't upset. Food took about 45 minutes to get to us. My wings were good and so were my boyfriend's ribs and beef. However, my fries were barely warm and wilting, obviously had been sitting out for quite a while. New ones were brought out which were good. We asked for a box and the check. Didn't get the check until 20 minutes after and the box 5 minutes after that. I understand servers being busy but if he can't handle the pace, he shouldn't be left in charge of so many people. And the restaurant didn't seem busy at all. Just him. Somebody help him out!

I arrived with a big group of people and we waited a while for a table because “the kitchen was catching up with orders”. We were getting hungry and tired so when we asked to be seated the waitstaff were very accommodating! They seated us and got us a quick appetizer for our hungriest people and drinks. We waited a while for the food to arrive, but it was delicious!! Everything was tasty and met my expectations for southern comfort bbq!

Slap Ya Mommas was very awesome during an event that I had a week after they opened at their new beach location!! The manager Chrissy had the details of our event prepared and set for our arrival. Our servers Summer and Kena were very attentive to our party of 40+ and we didn't wait long for our order!! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect!! I am truly grateful that our event was an absolute success!!

My family and I drove from pensacola to dine in at the New location on Saturday and it is really nice but Food has changed a little bit and we were Kinda disappointed and Portions got smaller. Our server Nancy was very nice. She explained that they had just opened and was trying to work out a few kinks. She convinced us to come back that things are gonna be better. She was correct. We returned last night and things were much better. Really cool place will return soon.

When we first moved to Biloxi we tried Slap Ya Mama's and we were so impressed with the quantity and the quality. We brought our visiting family and friends here and loved everything about it. However the last 3 times visiting both the factors we know and loved diminished greatly! We were saddened at the somewhat pathetic pulled pork sandwich it was dry and had so little meat for the price. And on top of it all the Mac n cheese recipe was changed to be less cheesier and flavorful than our first time. We probably won't be back due to price and lack of care from our last visits. So sad this happened.

The food was warm when it arrived and not hot! It was good but not good enough to make you want to slap yo mama. The group I was with was seated on the deck. For March, it was fairly cool and very uncomfortable. The waitress was simply okay...and gratuity was taken out for an amount she didn't deserve!
