Buca di Beppo

We went for the breakfast buffet because we just happened to wander into Bally's looking for breakfast. We saw that they had a buffet so we gave it a shot, bypassing the Paris which was probably a lot more expensive. If someone were to tell me that "you get what you pay for", I still would have felt ripped off by this breakfast buffet. A Hometown Buffet has a better selection. This is a Las Vegas casino buffet; I was expecting far better. I think there were maybe 8 trays of food all together, all of which contained sub-par food. Whenever I come to any dining establishment that isn't fast food, I expect something better than what I could just cook at home. There was the usual pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, and a few other things. It was all pretty awful. If you want a cheap buffet that has an actual selection, check out Harrah's. There's probably better values out there but on the second day of our trip, we went there instead and loved it. Of course, I may be giving more than what is due to Harrah's considering our most recent memory was the joke of a buffet at Bally's, but it's still a better choice.
