The Sea Bream was delicious. For appetizer we had the 3 spreads w pita bread (I loved the orange colored cheese bowl). Dessert was the baklava and the chocolate dish. Both were tasty.

Overpriced and overrated. Asparagus alone was $14+, the fish is market price and they don’t tell you how much in advance. It atmosphere is very noisy - or you could say lively. Food was above average but not excellent. Maybe it’s better to come for lunch (?), but definitely not worth for regular dinner.

My guest and I were so ready for a healthy, delicious lunch after some less-than-great meals elsewhere in Las Vegas. When we walked into Estiatorio Milos, we were pleasantly surprised by the overall ambience. The wood, glass and concrete decor plus congenial staff set the tone for a delightful dining experience. The $29 prix fixe lunch is an incredible bargain on the Strip, given the menu options and quality ingredients. The salmon tartare starter was outstanding, as were the grilled sea bream entree and “real” Greek yogurt dessert with fresh fruit. When paired with wines by the glass, the meal was truly exceptional in all respects.

Wonderful dinner experience. We did the family style where the prep the fish table side. Lots of sides and apps that were amazing but the fish was just okay b in my opinion.

Very disappointing experience. We had dined here previously, and had done 5 stars. Very good food, excellent service on this visit. However, all of this was ruined by that fact that when we visited, it was a 95 degree day. They did not ask us if we preferred outside or inside, they just sat us outside. We have a party of 8, and we all had sport jackets. We were DYING from the heat. Why they would not give us this option, or move us, was beyond me. Could not finish, and get out fast enough. They just have a few table on the patio, and on many nights this would have been fine, but not when this warm. After this experience, we will most likely not return.

Absolutely delicious Greek Fish restaurant in the Cosmopolitan. Very upscale and amazing service. All of the Fish is fresh from the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea within 36 hours of being caught. Impressive wine list. You pick the fish you would like to eat from the wall which was a cool experience. The lamb chops were outrageously delicious and the zucchini tower was a real treat. My colleagues said the lobster was one of the best they had ever had. Don’t miss out on the Greek yogurt and chocolate desserts. Milos far surpassed my expectations and I will definitely be back with clients, friends and family.

The staff here have a lot to learn about service. A snotty Attitude might make it in Las Vegas, and impress the tourists who mistake it for class, but 28 bucks for a greek salad is indefensible on any level. The waiter assured us that he was from greece, as if that would excuse a fussy menu and dismissive tone in responding to our puzzled inquiries. Do yourself a favor and go to crete, find out what wonderful service is found in every single eating establishment on that lovely island, and the next time you come to Milos, you'll walk out in disgust as we did.

Service was great. Drinks were interesting. Entrée was uninspired. Way over priced for simple fish. Fish wasn't cut properly and ended up with lots of bones.

Best dining experience in Vegas yet! Pleasant getaway from the chaos of the strip, but isn't fussy for being so fancy. Staff was friendly and service was great. The food was the best!! Must try: - Taramasalata, an incredibly rich hummus like sauce made from white fish roe - delicious! - Crab legs, generous and delicious. - Lavraki (bass), delicately cooked and table carved. - Greek salad. The tomatoes were all the rave. Worth every penny which is saying a lot for any place on the strip! Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back!!
