I do not understand the bad reviews. Service was friendly and attentive, breakfast tacos were completely messy but absolutely delicious!! Even the jam for the toast was yummy. My boyfriend had the breakfast burger and was also satisfied. Will come back again if I have the chance.

Its New Years Day. Noon. Had so little wait staff there was a 25 min wait just to be seated even though over half the restaurant tables were empty. Food took almost 20 mins to come out. They forgot my sons OJ. Waited almost 15 mins before we had to remind them and $3.49 for a kids drink. Really? $5.00 for one Mamosa. $2.29 for one cup of coffee. Food was subpar at best. kids pancakes were rubbery. Coffee was watered down. Waitress only came by once to check on our coffee refills. Won't be eating here again.

The service is as slow as it can possibly get. Only a few other tables in the entire restaurant and it took 30 minutes to get lunch served. In the mean time we had to beg for bread and drink refills. If you want lunch and dont want to walk down the street, just grab something from the hotel market next door. Probably better food anyway. Ordered the $15 BLT and it might have had a total of two pieces of bacon on it. The Cesar salad came with no Cesar dressing. Had to leave the table and find someone to refill drinks. If you are going to be a pretentious, overpriced hotel restaurant, at least have good service.

We stayed at the Hyatt regency and gave sierra cafe a try. They serve organic and vegan options. While the food tastes good, the service could have been better. Our table of two were the ONLY ones in the cafe, and an order of Cesar salad and an entree took over 20-25 min. Looking at the reviews, perhaps their lunch and brunch buffets are the ones to try.

Really bad food, dried out prime rib, over cooked pasta, no butter or sour cream for potato. They make pizza and I ordered garlic bread and got garlic toast. I agree the prime rib is only 8.99 but I ordered my prime rib med and it was well over well done, dry! They could care less, too bad!
