Elements Buffet

This place is amazing. I had so many different kinds of food. It's hard to sit down with just one plate. I went to get crab legs and the lady gave me the choicest of the batch and way more than I was expecting so I was happy. Add some melted butter and were in business. Great place to go with family and friends. If you have a players card and are a local you get in for much cheaper. I suggest getting there early because there can be a long wait. It closes at 930p

We used to love eating here. The food was always great. The service has gotten worse and worse. The wait staff only had to refill drinks and they often don't, yet they overtly hint at wanting a good tip. The price keeps going up, now past $30 per person. It used to be that if you were local, you got a 20% discount. Now they want you to get a player's card. We did, only to find out that every person needs their own players card in the party for a discount. The food is no longer worth the price or hassle!

Ok, this isn't going to be favorable. Second time in a month, first time with husband's boss, second time, tonight with my husband left sick to my stomach both of us. Smoke in eating area from casino was unbearable and unpleasant while eating. Hotel is a shambles, machines are tight. Extremely sadden because we have over 50 family members coming for a family reunion. We promoted your place now unfortunately for GSR, I'm suggesting some where else. I have suggested through survives the issues only to be ignored. Ventilation is an extreme issue, especially among the eating area. NO comps for us locals having to put up with all the inconvenience while you remodel. If you have any suggestions going forward we would be open to listen to them.

Food is good, but a tiny bit pricey. For such a nice and elaborate buffet, the salad bar was almost non existent. 1 pan of greens?? Great variety of dressings to choose from. I chose blue cheese....unfortunately it tasted like pre bottled dressing and the blue cheese chunks were cubed =/

This could be such a grand resort. Our room was very nice and clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable but room was poorly lit. We stayed in the grand summit king. Went to Easter dinner buffet and was sadly disappointed. Service was slow, employees were not very friendly. Majority of employees seemed on edge which leads me to believe that they are mistreated by management. The crab at the buffet was not very good, had to work way too hard to get a little meat. Earlier in the day we visited the pool which is very nice. 21 and older area was very nice. Big pool was shut down twice because of a chemical imbalance. Luckily we had no kids with us but those with children were extremely disappointed due to the fact that there children could not swim for over an hour the first time and not sure how long the second time. This could be a great resort if it was managed better.

The most part the food is okay, a lot more expensive than it used to be to eat here so you would expect to have better quality food. The staff was nice, but when you come to enjoy a dinner with your husband and expect to have a conversation and all you hear is grinding from the remodeling they're doing on the main floor it kind of turns everything down. Actually not kind of it really did. Common sense says do the work between the hours of operation for the restaurants. Or hire people that can do it overnight when the restaurants are closed. Very disappointed with the atmosphere. Very disappointed with the price for the quality of food. It only gets a 2 star rating because the staff was amazing. Otherwise it would have gotten a negative star rating.
