Fortunately the coffee is good because it offsets the ridiculously slow service in the morning. A twenty-five minute wait for 1 cup of coffee and they still can't fill (or wipe down) the condiment station without being asked is unacceptable. If it was just one day ( yeah, I get it they were busy) but all four days tells me this is the regular morning routine. Maybe add another person to the schedule to accommodate the busier hours or put the faster moving employees on during those hours.

Drinks and food are the same as any Starbucks. Just nice to have a Starbucks in the hotel. Staff is very friendly and fast.

Wait is a bit long but that's to be expected in a casino hotel. Food and drinks are like any other Starbucks. The staff is pleasant

Even though this Starbucks is not corporate and it’s a franchise they have the best customer service! I always go to this one over the one on Liberty(customer service their stinks). Katie is always the sweetest and most helpful there with a smile on her face and speedy quick with drink making! And Sylas just started their but she was super helpful too(she even ran out and gave me my sandwich in the parking lot when I forgot it)! Sweet staff! :-)

Staff is friendly enough, and despite the longer lines they move rather quickly. Disturbing though is when I had asked about the $7.41 prices for the breakfast sandwich bacon egg & Gouda. Why so high? Most all other Starbucks charge around 4. Go next store to Second City and buy one of their breakfast sandwiches for less than 5 bucks.
