Mediocre food in a nice atmosphere. Ordered the tomato, mozzarella salad, grilled salmon, and halibut. Tomatoes were a bit soggy and insipid, the salmon was undercooked inside and overcooked outside. Halibut was decent!

Great ambience - food is good too. If you are looking to sit in the garden patio and it's meal time then be ready to wait to be seated and food could take some more time too. So go there with good time - you can always grab a drink and enjoy the ambience. Also if you're sitting outside the drinks menu is limited so go to the main restaurant and they have a good variety.

After a perfect lunch at Squaw Valley's High Point, we were anxious for a nice dinner. The menu was great and I was curious as to whether or not the cooking was up to that menu. We had an unfortunate event arising from a clumsy response to a minor problem and the waitress and manager made it worse. Now I wonder????

It's sad how we have to drive 3 hours out from the central valley to have a great steak. Everything about this place was great! If you're in the mood for a good steak and appetizers, this is the place to be. I highly recommend!

Wish I could say it was great. NIce setting along the Truckee river to enjoy maybe a great dinner? Too bad service was mediocre at best. Our waitress acted like she rather be on the beach and watching the other food servers, they didn't seem to enjoy their jobs either. Food was mediocre also, we have 5 different dishes and none of them were a hit. Temperatures off, flavors were so-so and for all that prices a tad high. Expected way more. I wouldn't go back or recommend it.
