Barbecue Restaurant

This place blew my boyfriend and I. The food was top notch, which is what I expect for the prices we were paying. A casual, relaxed atmosphere with sports games everywhere. It was clean and well maintained. Service is friendly and helpful. The food though--- just cooked so perfectly! Fish was crispy and hot. The meat was tender and the sauces just take you to the next level. We ate everything and felt full. Very happy. Will come back whenever we are in Vegas.

Everything was really good! We had a 20+ group and they catered to us very well. The food was awesome (especially the ribs) but don't expect too much of a presentation, the place is a bit messy feeling

Fisrt time there. Excellent service. Loved it! Menu a bit overwhelming at first because of the variety 😂. Can't wait to go back. I got smoked chicken, catfish, chopped brisket. Got tied up on way home but food still tender and tasty (not dried out) when I got home.🤗!

First time here and definitely will return! Ordered the Brisket and chicken with a side of bacon potato salad. When the Brisket is so good you don’t have to add a sauce you know your in the right place! This rivals with some I have ever had, hand down. The chicken was moist and the potato salad was perfect. On the menu, self-described "Southern comfort food at its very best," based around hand-rubbed meats. Specialties include "Pit Specials," of brisket, pulled pork, chicken, spare ribs and hot links, their "Outlaw Burger," featuring a hamburger mix of brisket, onion and bell pepper and another local favorite, "Smoked Meatloaf." I’ve already suggested this place to the crews at work. I’ll be back to try the rest of the menu.

Sometimes the best of the best is off and away from the high profile shops and restaurants. Rollin Smoke Barbecue is one of the best of best, nestled on a side street a couple of blocks from Fashion Show Shops. If you’re a fan of barbecue, it’s worth a stop by. The spareribs were tasty and the meat melted in your mouth, falling off those bones with ease. The brisket was very delicious and the homemade beans with a slight kick were marvelous. The sauces were very good, my favorite was the Sweet Country Girl. Staff was very friendly, we conversed with management and truly expressed our overall pleasure with the meal and experience.

Step 1 - Take your phones, computers, etc. Step 2 - delete every BBQ place you have saved, Step 3 - Replace them with Rolling Smoke, it's just that easy to always have the Best BBQ in Vegas, perhaps in the entire S West at your fingertips. So, We had just moved to Las Vegas about a year & a 1/2 ago, had tried various "Best Ever" spots & they just left us cold. Then 1 day while looking for ways to BBQ, I figured I couldn't do any worse, I found a Video of Rolling Smoke on You Tube being Reviewed, as I looked thru more of them a theme began to form - for simply the Best BBQ go to R/S & You know what THEY'RE RIGHT !!!!!!!! The Beef Ribs were so tender they almost fell off the bone & melted in my mouth, the beans were amazing, my wife's Chicken was equally as good as were her sides. And, for the ride home if you have takeout, grab an order of the Corn Nuggets for the ride.

Barbecue Restaurant

Great place to stuff yourself with awesome meat. The 5 meat platter was too much for any of the five of us that went (we each ordered it). Sauces were tasty. Only wish I could have washed it down with a cold beer (only endless pop and iced tea)
