Paradise Café

We ate here several months ago. It was mediocre, BUT I have to wonder why all the apologies from management if you are still continuing to disappoint. PLEASE share with folks what you have changed to effectively change the quality of the food and/or service. Thanks. I would genuinely like to know.

Stopped in after CES to have dinner. The server, Bobbie Jean was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was delicious.

Paradise Café

Disappointing The service was polite, but not at all efficient. I ordered a Cobb Salad, the higher priced salad, and the description said it comes with a grilled chicken breast. The waiter didn't ask me what dressing I wanted - it tradtionally comes with Blue cheese-- he just put down a bowl of I guess Ranch dressing. I had to flag him down to request that. Then I remembered the chicken breast wasn't there. So I requested a manger come to the table. Instead, the host came over. I asked again for a manager, who arrived and got my chicken breast but was in a hurry to leave. They didn't charge me for my salad, but I still can't give it a higher than 2 star rating. I wouldn't go back.

Paradise Café

This was a decent location to eat breakfast at. The food was a little pricey for the quality. But we made it work. Location was a nice setting. Overall great service. Omelettes were great! Tried the coffee since everyone says its great, no its not great but it's better than the buffet coffee for sure. Would be 5 if the coffee was better. Its honestly important for some people, it's how we start our morning.

Paradise Café

The only good thing this place was good for was for a joke. The strawberry shortcakes whipped cream tasted like sour cream. The cake was dryer than your waiters skin. We had the dirtiest looks thrown at us. The only thing to compare this place to is a senior citizen home. I’ve had hospital food better than this and each waiter was 8x my age it’s almost like they got their staff at the cemetery. The waters took about 50 minutes to get the water. The gum under our table was probably sweeter than any dessert they had. I’ve had better service at a middle schools cafeteria. All and all not recommended.

Stayed at the Westgate and because of the ‘outbreak’ in the Fresh this is where we had to eat breakfast. Customer service? Not really sure it exists in this place. Maybe it is because they are busy but nothing. The gentleman who took our drink order was looking over our heads scanning the room as if he lost something and then we had to repeat what we wanted. He then went to the next table got their order and came back to ours and had to check again on 2 waters and a coffee. For being in a casino the price is the price.

Terrible service... Waiters name was James. James had a terrible attitude. Food was extremely bland and disgusting. Will never eat there again. I am very disappointed since I am a Westgate owner.

Paradise Café

This breakfast cafe is located at the Westgate casino. Sid's Cafe is actually named after the person who owns Westgate, whose name is Sid. I won't be biased just because of the awesome name of the place, but my experience at Sid's cafe was quite average. The decor in here is pretty nice. It has a vintage type of vibe to it. This is a nice place to use the backdrop for some photos. The food provided on the menu is your typical "diner" type food. They have breakfast food as well. The portions aren't too small at all. It took a long time for our drinks to be served and it even took even longer for our food to be served. The food and sandwiches are a little big expensive compared to what you get. If I did not have to wait so long, I would probably give this place a higher rating.

Paradise Café

Terrible service. Waitress was only by the table a total of 3 times. Never refilled my drink. Steak was way overcooked. I would highly recommend to eat elsewhere.
