Perk Place

I have neither praise nor complaint for this hotel. The room was clean enough. The beds were comfortable. The place provided no coffee machine, which was okay with me. The place provided and mini fridge. The bathroom was very simple. I stayed in a non smoking room which I thought did not smell of smoke until I got home and my pajamas had a light scent of smoke. My pajamas were only used in the room, so regardless of the non smoking fact the air units must not filter very well into the rooms. We stayed at this hotel because it connected to the monorail, which I highly recommend using. The staff were kind and funny and greeted us well every day we stayed there.

West-gate, what can I say, it must have been fate. I had happen to arrive on the day of the Superbowl and the hotel was throwing a big party, which wasn't a bad thing. The hotels atmosphere was very electric and welcoming. People can be seen gambling and having a good time all throughout the day and night. There's never a dull moment in Vegas and especially at Westgate which relatively an affordable hotel. The service was prompt and good, but it could've been better. One nice thing about this hotel is that it's just a couple minutes from the strip. The reason I'm giving it a 4 star review is because my room had very minimal lighting. The only thing to illuminate the room was two lamps on the night stands by the bed. Other than that it was a good stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

My boyfriend and I always stay at the West gate! We always have a great experience definitely recommend staying here. It's a little far from the strip but not too bad! Jimmy, our bell hop, was so caring and accommodating! Wished us a safe trip and was the cherry on top before we went back home! Thanks jimmy and west gate ❤ we'll be back soon!

I reserved a room under the assumption it would have 2 beds, and accommodate 4 like their website says. When I went to check in I had to wait in a 30 minute line because they were busy. When I got to my room I was surprised to find there was 1 bed and it could not accommodate 4. I went back to the check-in area to get this resolved and was told they were out of 2 bed rooms, and that it wasn't a guarantee you would get one. The lady did offer to send up a roll away bed. After 2 hours (it's 1:30am) there was no roll away bed. So I went back down to check in to ask if I could just book another room. They told me they were out of all rooms, but that they would still send up a roll away bed. Long story short, we never got the roll away bed. Had to use some of the very dirty couch cushions and sleep on the ground. Our room itself was nothing special, not super clean and smelled like smoke (it was a non smoking room). When I checked out I mentioned all of this, and the worker waived the resort fee, but due to the fact that I didn't use a single item that covered because I was too busy with the bed situation, it didn't feel like much of a resolution. This will be my first and last time staying at the Westgate.

This is wonderful place, for the 1st timer, all the staff was so very nice. We saw 2 shows, took a ride on the monorail, to the strip. If get tried off the in house food, there are a lot of places that will bring food to west gate. Can't wait to go back. The rooms are very nice. Your won't be disappointed at west gate!

This is the hotel where Elvis lived some of the final days of his life. The rooms have been updated recently and they're very comfortable. The staff is generally very helpful, but some of their motives are off. I stopped at the guest services desk only to be pushed for a timeshare rather than being helped on the question I needed help with. The room itself is very comfortable large with just about everything you'd want including a refrigerator. But what it didn't have was drinking glasses of any kind. I found that kind of odd. The restaurants are pretty good easy to get to on the staff at the restaurant is very nice. The hotel has a monorail stop directly in front of it making it really easy to get to the strip and through the link to the bus routes to downtown.

The service here was fantastic and the staff were really nice. The pool was a lot of fun there's a lot of energy and it was very clean. Their fitness center was very diverse and have everything that you need to do a good workout routine before putting all those calories back on with all the good desserts they had in their Lobby haha. I would have given it five Stars if there was actually a good place to get breakfast inside the building. I was heavily disappointed to find that their breakfast area was all pastries and finger foods. Nothing to really fill you up for a long day.

Went inside to get a free players card which allowed me access to the spa the gym the pools Etc. It was a limited-time offer through the end of June. They even gave me a free pull on a slot machine which I haven't done in quite some time so I played a little and won $5. I met an old friend down there and have some great conversation and enjoyed pulling a few Handles in a peaceful atmosphere. Big Casino concierge desk was very friendly everyone at the booth great employees. The parking covered nearby was easy accessible and a little bit of a walk from the car but not bad as a shops and kiosk along the way we're kind of fun to view and enjoyed their eye candy.

Nice place! Seen many people complain about the buffet food quality but i can assure you its good stuff. The line is a bit long so be prepared to stand but that can be expected with a resort. Room was nice and clean and stayed cool during my stay. Only issue i had was housekeeping came in and cleaned my room even though i had the do not disturb sign on my door and called them to cancel all services when i arrived. Other than that the place is nothing short of awesome!

This is an older property. However, it is still nice and at a great price. The casino is not to big but has a little bit of everything. $10 black jack tables, poker, roulette, slots and even penny slots. The Sports book is really nice with all the big screens. Having the Monorail just outside the front lobby was great for getting around during our stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don't be discouraged because it is not "on" the strip. You can take the monorail all the way to the MGM and your on the strip within minutes. Oh, and I almost forgot, there is a wedding chapel on site. Also, the breakfast buffet is AWESOME!!! Don't believe all the bad reviews. I had mountains of bacon for breakfast!!!
