Samba Brazillian Steakhouse

A bit overpriced in my opinion, this Brazilian steakhouse does have fine food, including the sides. At the time of this review they're using a 2-tier pricing scheme. The lower tier includes everything but the salmon and beef tenderloin (Filet Mignon). You can add those two meats for a substantial upcharge.

Samba Brazillian Steakhouse

I expected so much more from this place. The food was very dry and the best thing to eat ended up being the bread they brought before the meat. Also, customer service there was anything but good. Hostess was friendly, however, everyone else, not so much. Our waiter was indifferent aND the older blonde haired woman bringing the bread and salad gave the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in Vegas. Not going back.

Samba Brazillian Steakhouse

Food was excellent. Unfortunately ordering off the menu seems unacceptable by management. However service was good but did not feel as important as customers getting the all you can eat menu.

My family and I had one of the best meals Ever! The GM, Pascal, was so very gracious and kind, and Louis, our server, among others, was simply fantastic. Everything they brought out was so delicious. We can't wait to go back and do it again. Thank you so much to all the staff at Samba for doing such an incredible job. We Loved it!

Having lived in Brazil for over a year, I had a good idea of what to expect from a Brazilian restaurant. My wife is a Brazilian, so she knows EXACTLY what the food should be like. Unfortunately, this restaurant falls short. The service is wonderful and the staff are friendly, but if one comes to this restaurant with an expectation of getting authentic Brazilian cuisine, they'll be disappointed. Strictly speaking, the food was good, but after our meal, we left with the feeling that we'd gotten an Americanized version. Basically, they made several meats sweet, so they tasted like American barbecue. We wished they'd stayed with traditional recipes instead.

Samba Brazillian Steakhouse

This review comes literally one hour after we left. My wife LOVES Brazilian steakhouses. So we wanted to try out Samba for ourselves since we saw it walking through the casino that day. We showed up at 6 pm and the place was relatively full. We had our young daughter with us and asked the maître d if he could accommodate us and he led us to a table in the back. The service started off good, we got a salad and cheese balls and they were really tasty. Next up came the main course. I wasn't expecting Fogo De Chao, but I wasn't looking to eat McDonalds either. The rest of the main course came steady to where we weren't overloaded, but we weren't looking around for the next course. When it came time to leave is when it all fell apart. Our daughter started to get fussy, so we asked for the check and my wife took our daughter for a walk in her stroller. I literally waited for 20 minutes before I went to the maître d. I told him that I haven't seen my waiter and that we had already asked for the check already. He went to look for our waiter and came back with the wrong ones TWICE. He then proceeded to yell at me for not knowing who my waiter was. I told him that he never introduced himself. He had one of the other waiters find him and she brought me the check. She waited patiently to review the check before I signed it and thanked me. At the end of it all, it took me 45 minutes to pay for our meal after we asked for the check. Bottom line, STAY AWAY! Unless you like mediocre food and downright awful service. By the way, I have 15 years of restaurant experience. So I do have an idea about what it's like to be a server.

Had few buffet in the last few days in LV, tonight we tried different kinds of all you can eat. It's $3 more than the buffet in Mirage but the quality of meat is much better. The server Jennifer is wonderful, we like the salad, beef SIRLOIN, lamb and bacon wrapped turkey.

Samba Brazillian Steakhouse

We booked my wife's 40th birthday here for 13 people and made arrangements in advance to have separate bar checks. A few minutes after confirming this with the waitress, the manager stormed over, angrily waiving our contract in the air and stating loudly in front of all of our guests that this would be the only contract he accepts. My wife tried to explain that she had separate confirmation on her email, but he would not even look at her phone and made her go to our room to get the hard copy, as if we somehow forged an email. Our guests waited and my wife went to the room. After she showed the manager the hard copy, he stormed off complaining about his employee not having authority to do that, never to be seen again. And he did not apologize. After the first tound of meat and drinks were served, our service came to a halt. Our guests had to get their own drinks from the bar. We literally went 30 minutes without a server of any kind and had to track down an assistant to get things moving again. Ultimately, we had a good time, but the food was mediocre at best and, under the circumstances grossly over-priced. For $1,200, one would expect quality food, top-notch service, and at least a modicum of respect from management. Frankly, we could have overlooked the service and food quality if the manager had not been such a complete and embarrassing jerk right off the bat. Very disappointed in our whole experience and most definitely won't be back.

The worst experience. Meat waaaaay undercooked, the center was cold. COLD! My sister got food poisoning and it ruined the end of our trip. Oh, to top that off the restaurant charged my credit card TWICE and when I called the manager he was SO rude, yelled at me, told me I needed to come in person and show him the charges on my phone when I said I was at a different hotel he said "well why can't you just walk across the street ?" And proceeded to allude that I was lazy. Neverrrrrr again
