We went to the buffet. John, our server, was awesome. Very attentive. I truly appreciate that. My wife was holding a banana for the 2 year old to eat and they took it from her while we were walking out which I feel is excessive and unnecessary. I understand the rule but dude, it's a banana. You try calming down a 2 yr old after that.

Overall experience was okay. Their customer service seems to have declined especially the Guest Hostess located in the Emerald Club. She was the female sitting at the desk immediately to the right as you walk in. We were trying to get the 2nd comp night that was offered to us but were told we hadn't played enough even saying out loud the number of points we had accumulated while there other players in the area. We were VERY EMBARRASSED to say the least. We pride ourselves on our loyalty but the way we feel right now, the Orleans has lost our business. Sincerely, Normand and Sarah Robert. PS: We stayed ONLY Thursday night, 6/14/18.

We were surprised and very pleased with Medley Buffet. Menu has improved! We love the new look. The staff was very accommodating to the large group we had and friendly. We didnt wait long to be seated despite how crowded it already was.

The Orleans is a very vibrant and colorful Casino that I would recommend stopping in sometime. Their buffet is good as well, not as big of a selection as some of the others, but still a great option. There's plenty to do here, even though it's a few streets away from The Palms, The Rio and The Gold Coast.

They still have smoking rooms. Its sucks if your not a smoker but if you are its convenient. Nice hotel. Great Buffet. Plenty of pool space.

The buffet was very good everything was fresh, nothing taste like it had been just sitting there. The desserts were delicious, and the wait wasn't long at all! Definitely will return next time we visit, and also the price wasn't too bad either!

They want to charge you for fast wifi when most hotels give for free. Also if you are on a Vegas bowling league, they are about to remove lanes from their alley. So you will probably get some weird times to bowl your sweeps.

One of my favorite things about the casino is the smell. It smells weirdly like a carnival and I love it. Since this casino is off the strip the drinks at bar and the buffet are cheaper. Also the buffet was completely remodeled and upgraded recently. We come here often.

They remodeled the Medley Buffet with a better selection of food. They even have a crepe dessert station. Quality food for the price.

I love their restaurant here,their buffet is very affordable, lots of food to choose from, Awesome food,dessert is to die for specially their sugar free section. Employees are awesome..
