SUSHISAMBA

Met one of our vendors here for a business dinner. We highly recommend it. The sushi was great & the sea bass was the most tender one I've ever eaten.

SUSHISAMBA

My absolute favorite restaurant anywhere, and I've never looked at the menu. Chef's table: give them your tastes, they will bring you amazing dish after amazing dish. And after all these years, they still manage to surprise with new and different offerings along side their classics.

Let them pick your food. For less than $100 a person they will create an experience just for you. I told them about food allergies and they were able to customize certain parts of the meal just for me. Generally we steered them in the direction of what we like and they took care of the rest. The food is great and so is the service.

SUSHISAMBA

One of the best Japanese- South American fusion restaurants I've ever been to. The food was exquisite and service was very fast. If in doubt of what to try, just ask the waiter. Or waiter was very knowledgeable about all the food and beverage options. I would not hesitate to try anything they suggest. Reservations are not required but highly recommended if going on a weekend (they stay busy).

SUSHISAMBA

Excellent food! Gluten friendly! Reasonably priced. Neat looking place even down to the restrooms. Service timing was good but our server was somewhat rude. Overall worth going.

Awesome food! Everyone in our group loved their meal and we had an awesome server. If you like mushrooms, be sure to get the mushroom appetizer - it's to die for! It was our first visit and we will definitely return next time we are in town.

SUSHISAMBA

Interesting fusion restaurant of Peruvian, Japanese and I think Brazilian foods. Sake selection was extensive and ran the gamut of levels of smoothness. Sushi was great, the beef was AMAZING and overall plating and service was also very good. If you're the conscious buyer-type or like to support local restaurants or small businesses, this is't your place. It's owned by a large hospitality group and has SushiSambas in large cities around the world. If those factors aren't a big deal for you, though, its a great place to have a really really good meal that will keep your taste buds happy.

SUSHISAMBA

This place is located in the Pallazo - right amongst the Grand Canal Shoppes. It was busy (even as late as we went) so we sat at the bar to save time. It was neat to watch the staff do their thing. I very much enjoyed the sushi roll offerings with the Peruvian/Brazilian twist. The fish was fresh and the flavors super unique. Skip this place if you prefer more "traditional" sushi - there are limitless options in Vegas. Also, definitely on the pricier side I'd say but that might be my Pittsburgh girl side talking as everything is a bit more expensive in Vegas.

SUSHISAMBA

Having recently been to Japan, I can confidently say this is some of the best sushi I have ever had. Really unique, relaxed vibe and good mix of Japanese and Brazilian cuisines. My server was awesome and his recommended dishes were superb - in particular I recommend the green onion tempura and samba rolls. Plates are on the smaller side and meant for sharing, so this is a restaurant best enjoyed with a group or with a (very) hungry solo diner.
