I decided to do a quick last minute 24 hour solo get away. Luckily I was able to check in earlier than normal. The front desk staff were very helpful, professional and accommodating. I also enjoyed excellent service from the pool side staff. As for the restaurant. Not so much. Hence the 4 stars. Overall I had a great stay.

Overall really enjoyed our stay. The staff was on pointe (valet, front desk, restaurant staff, room service), the breakfast was top quality, the pools were great and the bed was very comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give 5 star is because when we arrived there was hair in the sheets of the bed and in the sink. It made me think that the room was not cleaned for a ‘new’ guest.

This is a very fine hotel. Everything is perfectly comfortable. No smokey casino to walk through! Breakfast w homemade biscuits for my service dog at The Veranda. We will look forward to returning. There is the "C" level in elevator stops, a concourse of restaurant, shops, gambling and music theater connecting the other hotels. It's ventilated but still smokey.

Four seasons always amazes me. Well trained bell boys and front receptionists. Clean suite and lovely interior. Lots of space for 2 and incredibly comfortable bed. Bathroom comes with a desperate shower, bathtub and a enormous sink/vanity area. Toilet has its own room in the bathroom so you do get your privacy. Because the four seasons take over the top floors of Mandalay bay, you will always have a great view.

Amazing, as always. Separate entrance allows you to enter the safe haven of the hotel without going through a casino. With all the amenities of the attached Mandalay Bay resort, you're not lacking for options. Stay with confidence.

This was an absolutely amazing stay. The rooms were gorgeous, the bed was as comfy as a cloud, the insulated in room tub made for a long and luxurious bath, and the in room dining was stellar, they were able to accommodate all of my allergies very promptly and the service was impeccable. The casino is super easy to navigate, classy, and less smoky than some of the older places. 10 out of 10 would stay here again. Loved the beach party and wave pool!

A Five Star Hotel with Service at its finest. The Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas is a smoke-free, gambling-free hotel. However, if you want easy access to the Vegas night life, the hotel is on the same property as the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino Resort. Beautiful rooms as well as great restaurants and a full service spa will keep you coming back. This is my favorite hotel in Las Vegas. Make your reservations online.

I was very impressed with this hotel. This is a quiet, cozy place away from all the crazy in Vegas. There is a quick entry into Mandalay Bay if you like the crazy :) The service here is outstanding! You get iced water by the pool and popsicles were given out and banana nut muffins in the hour or so time period I laid out by the pool. Every single employee is trained to be respectful and friendly, great job to all the employees. Some of my favorite things was the no smoking and the breakfast, I can finally say that a restaurant makes a great breakfast like I do at home. The omelette with avocado, bacon, tomatoes and scallions was superb! The chicken and waffles were great too. Very moist, flavorful chicken and the waffles tasted like an omelette in a way. There made with sourdough bread and eggs amongst other things. Overall very satisfied!!

Here on business and family joined me. Overall best family hotel but we did have a few issues. Internet was down way too long and the food was not the quality you would expect from this hotel. Lunch and dinner not worth the price but breakfast was great. Service was excellent. Hope they up their game because it is such a great brand.
