Food is pretty good....better than your typical burger, but you can tell they're starting to cut corners. Don't waste your money on the bacon lovers burger. The bacon is one small strip of bacon cut in two. I'm not even sure the burger could be classified as a bacon flavored burger as there isn't enough bacon to taste. Their shakes are still awesome though!

My family and I go here often. Never had a bad experience. Food has always been hot and tasty and the shakes are amazing. We will continue to go back to satisfy our sweet tooth.

Okay this place was not what expected. We’ve been wanting to try this place for a while but it’s always busy. So today we decided to give it a try. Service is not good at all. Placed our order got our waters later we got our food then got the shakes placed an order of onion rings didn’t get any ranch offered, onions just got dropped off by waiter and didn’t even get a chance to ask because she left quickly. Didn’t see her until the check was dropped off. We ordered different burgers so we can try them but not out of this world burgers. Would of been happier with in n out burgers for half the price. We do not recommend.

The food is yummy! The only thing is the service wasn't the best! We took family from out of town here and it took 20 min to get out drinks and an additional 15 to get our order In.

Had the fajita burger, the peppers and onions where way over cooked. Maybe even left over from the day before. The strawberry shake tasted like a vanilla shake with Nestles strawberry quick added to it, very artificial flavor.

Consistently the slowest service possible. Understaffed, and slow. Did I mention slow? Doesn't matter if it's busy or not either... They are slow. Be prepared to wait for everything.

We walked in at 9:15. All the chairs were up which left us with the option of two tables to choose from all the other tables were taken by two groups of "kids" who had their garbage all over the open tables. the girl said she put the chairs up because she had to do it all by herself . we squeezed into the tables between the two large groups of kids because there was no where else to sit. There were only 2 packs of ketchup, total, available. The staff did not want to refill we had to take napkins off an empty tray. There were none available. Food tasted good, but it was uncomfortable eating when 3/4 of the dining room was closed an hour before closing. Parki nv in the new location is horrible, St.rose and Paseo Verde . With 10 people behind the counter , yes I counted, you can't tell me they couldn't close the dining room at the appropriate time. Oh, just saw the manager. Walked around, talked to the 10 people working behind the counter. Horrible customer service. I suggest you invest more time into training. What a disaster.

Great place to get a quick burger at a low price. Very few places inside casinos are under $10 and this is a sit down restaurant. I highly recommend it.

Food was greasy to the extreme at this location....... Not the same quality as the location I used to frequent in the Midwest. Such a shame too. The service was rude too
