A classic American restaurant with beautiful traditional decoration located at the indoor space of the Stratosphere hotel&casino. It serves good variety of tasty burgers and milkshakes until late at night. It is also serves breakfast and refreshments. Reasonable prices, the service is good.

They had good drinks...but when they brought us our drinks the cups had black hands prints on them. When we asked for new cups they were still dirty... I don't know who made the drinks but sanitation seemed like an issue there.

Food was absolutely delicious. My fiance and I split the Hawaiian burger and some fries and it was more than enough for us both. Had to wait for the check (after asking twice) for ~20 minutes though and my fiance had to ask twice for his coffee, which finally came at the end of our meal. 5/5 food, 3/5 service. Restaurant only had about 13 diners, myself and my fiance included. I could understand slowness of service if they were super busy but they weren't. Love the chairs and retro look of the place, and the music is pretty great too.

I have been to the diner several time and every time the food was good. Didn't have to wait to be sitting. Staff was friendly. I will be visiting Vegas this August 2018 and I will make Roy's one of my stops!

Let me tell you what! This place was ridiculously bomb! We were blessed with stumbling upon it due to it being in our hotel, lol. I could see it being easy to miss if you’re not staying at the stratosphere, so I wanna put the word out, you need to scope this place!

Their food is so delicious, I got the house burger the first time (yes, I had to go back), I don’t even know how to perfectly describe the party of fantastical tastes in my mouth, I have never encountered anything like that before in my life, and sadly I don’t think I ever will again. There fries are seriously top notch as well, could get a basket of em as a meal, lol. The second time was breakfast, I got the French Toast Breakfast Sandwich, and I highly, highly, highly recommend it, personally I love French toast, one of my favorite foods ever, so this was a real treat to help me get over losing all that money in that darn Britney Spears machine down the way. Seriously though, if you’re eating breakfast here, GET THE FRENCH TOAST SAMMY!! (my mouths watering just thinking about it!). The Hash-browns, like the fries, were on point! The atmosphere is awesome, not loud at all, spacious, within an awesome 50’s retro diner, I love a good diner, and boy oh boy is this a good diner. The facilities are clean and the staff are super nice and really funny, wish I knew the guys name that waited on his, he was a super cool guy. All in all, this place ended up being one of my favorite spots in Vegas, don’t take my word for it though, go check it out!

Fast friendly and really good. It was 1:15 am today. People who say it takes to long need to use proper dining etiquette and put your menu at the end of the table.

Food and service was very good. Had one an issue with the assistant manager Adam. He needs to work on his people skills. Did not show care or kindness to us. Noticed that with other customers as well.

The wait is horrible.... Most of the time half the place is empty but never any tables cleaned until there's a line outside.... The chili I will admit was pretty good burgers were nothing special. I had meatloaf from there I took two bites and threw the entire plate away more like dog food. Want honestly cooking go to m and m soul food across the street best I've had PERIOD

The wait at almost 3am was terrible, but the food is good! A great late night snack, I just wish service was faster, instead of waiting 20-30 minutes to order after already being seated. The bacon cheddar burger is amazing, and a must try!
