they shorted me on my order. when I went to go take a bite of my burger I noticed that there was that plastic piece still on the cheese. Not happy with Service or with food quality

It's a good hamburger place, the one big problem is their buns, they fall apart when you're eating them. They give the impression that they are either old, or have been kept in cold storage. Other than that, its good, not great, but good.

If I could give no service to this place I would! One time when the Grand Cafe was being cleaned for service I went to Fatburger had the worst surface I ever had had the greasiest overpriced crappy burger and I've ever had my life but I paid almost $15 for it. In hindsight I would have thrown it back at the girl who made it! There's a million better places for you to go than this place, especially for the money

Me and my friend Bapho Sanchez made an order of a fatburger combo, chili cheese fries and a salad through uber eats today. Everything was ok but the salad was less than half of this big container. I was SUPER disappointed seeing as fatburger is bomb lol. I'm really sorry for this experience and for rating you guys a one.

Umm lets just say, they're just okay. There's a few staff members, that are clearly there for a paycheck and don't have any customer service experience or either they just don't care! The burgers are normally good, however there's been a few times where they've been like warm. The fries are good Most of the time, the drinks at times have been missing something as it taste like strange water, I've ordered coke and it comes out clear. The tables to eat at are usually dirty and crowded. It'd be nice, if Texas added more tables so customers can eat, instead of waiting with your order to sit down and eat. Its near where the movie theater is at, so the location is great and also near all the other eateries as well.
